【摘要】：隨著新媒體的不斷更新,公民新聞在我國有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,并成為新聞界的一種潮流。在“人人持有麥克風(fēng),個個都是發(fā)言人”的自媒體時代,被譽(yù)為“草根新聞”的公民新聞呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。公民只需借助微信、微博和網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇等網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交工具就可以參與公民新聞的制作,變革著新聞的傳播方式。雖然公民新聞給公眾的自由表達(dá)帶來便利,但也給公民新聞的價值導(dǎo)向帶來挑戰(zhàn),還引發(fā)公民新聞可信度問題以及違規(guī)侵權(quán)等一系列問題。當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)步入新常態(tài),文化呈現(xiàn)多樣性,社會矛盾進(jìn)入多發(fā)期。新形勢下,公民新聞價值取向存在著誤區(qū),主流價值觀面臨挑戰(zhàn),公民記者的媒介素養(yǎng)不高以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德淪陷,加之公民新聞把關(guān)人的缺失及自由泛濫,導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前我國公民新聞價值導(dǎo)向面臨著困境。因此,加強(qiáng)公民新聞價值導(dǎo)向很有必要。針對當(dāng)前公民新聞出現(xiàn)的價值導(dǎo)向困境,提出用馬克思主義新聞觀加強(qiáng)對公民新聞進(jìn)行價值引導(dǎo)。馬克思主義新聞觀作為社會主義國家新聞事業(yè)的指導(dǎo)思想,應(yīng)發(fā)揮其對公民新聞的價值導(dǎo)向功能,形成共同的價值認(rèn)同,同時引導(dǎo)公民新聞在報道中踐行與時俱進(jìn)的馬克思主義新聞觀,使人們自覺加強(qiáng)公民新聞對中國特色社會主義建設(shè)重大實(shí)踐的傳播,不僅可以增強(qiáng)公民的時代感與使命感,還可以匯集民眾的傳播力量。此外,還分析了馬克思主義新聞觀與公民新聞的聯(lián)系,認(rèn)為公民新聞的基本理念與馬克思主義新聞觀中的“群眾辦報”理念不謀而合,并且強(qiáng)調(diào)公民新聞構(gòu)成當(dāng)代馬克思主義新聞觀的鮮活實(shí)踐,是踐行當(dāng)代馬克思主義新聞觀的重要載體�？傊�,就是主張用馬克思主義新聞觀的基本原則和最新成果引導(dǎo)我國公民新聞堅(jiān)持正確的價值取向,堅(jiān)持社會主義核心價值觀,使其成為弘揚(yáng)社會主旋律和傳播正能量的新聞先鋒,為社會主義新聞事業(yè)服務(wù),從而促進(jìn)我國公民新聞的健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the renewal of new media, citizen news has developed rapidly in our country, and has become a trend of journalism. In the era of "everybody has microphone and everyone is spokesman", citizen news, known as "grassroots news", is developing vigorously. Citizens can participate in the production of citizen news with the help of such social tools as WeChat, Weibo and Internet forums. Although citizen news brings convenience to the free expression of the public, it also brings challenges to the value orientation of citizen news, and also causes a series of problems such as credibility of citizen news and violation of law. At present, our country economy enters the new normal, the culture presents the diversity, the social contradiction enters the frequent period. Under the new situation, there are some misunderstandings in the orientation of citizen's news value, the mainstream values are facing challenges, the media literacy of citizen reporter is not high and the network morality is falling, and the citizen's news gatekeeper is lacking and the freedom is overflowing. As a result, the value orientation of citizen news in our country is facing a dilemma. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the orientation of citizen's news value. In view of the value-oriented predicament of citizen news at present, this paper puts forward to strengthen the value guidance of citizen news with Marxist news view. As the guiding ideology of journalism in socialist countries, the Marxist view of news should give play to its function of guiding the value of citizen journalism and form a common value identity. At the same time, guiding citizen news to practice the Marxist news view of keeping pace with the times in reporting, making people consciously strengthen the dissemination of citizen news to the great practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, can not only enhance the sense of time and mission of citizens. It can also bring together the power of mass communication. In addition, the paper also analyzes the relationship between Marxist news view and citizen news, and holds that the basic concept of citizen news coincides with the idea of "running newspapers by the masses" in the Marxist news view. It also emphasizes that citizen news constitutes the fresh practice of contemporary Marxist news view and is an important carrier of practicing contemporary Marxist news view. In short, it is to advocate the use of the basic principles and the latest achievements of the Marxist view of news to guide our citizens' journalism to adhere to the correct value orientation and to adhere to the core values of socialism. Make it become the news vanguard of carrying forward the social main melody and spreading positive energy, serve for the socialist news cause, thus promote the healthy and orderly development of the citizen news of our country.
