【摘要】：良好的區(qū)域形象對于河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,社會的和諧有著很好的推動作用,良好的區(qū)域形象可以幫助受眾逐步認(rèn)識、了解、喜愛河北。良好的河北省形象將會為河北省帶來更多的資金投入并吸引眾多來自國內(nèi)外的游客,快速推動河北省各方面的發(fā)展。但是,2012年“毒膠囊”事件、2014年張家口血腥暴力事件、2016年“聶樹斌案”翻案事件以及盤踞在河北天空的霧霾,給河北省區(qū)域形象造成了比較惡略影響,一定程度上阻礙了河北省整體的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。因此,如何運(yùn)用媒介資源,對河北省的區(qū)域形象進(jìn)行良好的傳播、塑造有著十分重要的意義。通過對《人民日報》中關(guān)于河北省新聞報的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),《人民日報》呈現(xiàn)的河北省形象有:政治方面,河北省政府部門緊抓四風(fēng)、服務(wù)群眾,部分官員貪污腐敗;經(jīng)濟(jì)方面,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,積極融入京津冀發(fā)展一體化;社會方面,居民安居樂業(yè)、多先進(jìn)典型;科教文衛(wèi)方面,文化事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,科技衛(wèi)生不發(fā)達(dá)。就如何提升河北省形象提出了發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度、加大宣傳力度,建設(shè)服務(wù)型政府、緊抓京津冀一體化機(jī)遇,均衡發(fā)展科教文衛(wèi)事業(yè),防治污染與生態(tài)保護(hù)并重,宣傳社會良好風(fēng)氣等看法。
[Abstract]:Good regional image can promote the economic development and social harmony of Hebei Province, and a good regional image can help the audience to gradually understand, understand and love Hebei. A good image of Hebei Province will bring more capital investment and attract many tourists from home and abroad to promote the development of Hebei Province. However, the "toxic capsule" incident in 2012, the bloody violence in Zhangjiakou in 2014, the reversal of the "Nie Shubin case" in 2016 and the haze, which is located in the sky of Hebei Province, have caused a relatively bad strategic impact on the regional image of Hebei Province. To some extent, hindered the overall development of Hebei Province. Therefore, how to use media resources to spread the regional image of Hebei Province is of great significance. Through the analysis of Hebei Province News newspaper in "People's Daily", it is found that the image of Hebei Province presented by "People's Daily" is as follows: in the political aspect, the government departments in Hebei Province closely grasp the four styles, serve the masses, some officials are corrupt and corrupt; and in the economic aspect, The rapid development of agricultural economy, active integration into the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei; social aspects, residents living and working in peace, more advanced typical; science, education, culture and health, cultural undertakings flourish, science and technology health is not developed. On how to improve the image of Hebei Province, this paper puts forward how to give full play to its own advantages, speed up the pace of economic development, step up propaganda, build a service-oriented government, grasp the opportunities of integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and balance the development of science, education, culture, and health care. Prevention and control of pollution and ecological protection as well as publicity for social good atmosphere and other views.
