【摘要】：基于對國外相關(guān)文獻的梳理和歸納,本文嘗試從個人知識管理理論、個人知識管理動因、基于相關(guān)主體的個人知識管理、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下個人知識管理及個人知識管理系統(tǒng)演變5個主題入手,對個人知識管理進行較全面的綜述,最后對個人知識管理相關(guān)研究進行總結(jié)并探討其未來研究趨勢。
[Abstract]:Based on the review and induction of relevant foreign literature, this paper tries to analyze the theory of personal knowledge management, the motivation of personal knowledge management, and the personal knowledge management based on relevant subjects. Based on the five themes of personal knowledge management and the evolution of personal knowledge management system in the social network environment, the author makes a comprehensive review of personal knowledge management, and finally summarizes the relevant research on personal knowledge management and discusses its future research trend.
