網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾的“使用與滿足”研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,社會化媒介逐漸進(jìn)入到大眾的視野。受眾不僅將媒介作為接收信息的工具,更將媒介作為自身日常交往的平臺。社會化媒介的發(fā)展不但為受眾提供了新的信息接收和社會交往方式,還改變了大眾的工作和生活方式。網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播作為新興的社會化媒介在2016年迅速發(fā)展,其強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢頭和呈幾何式增長的受眾數(shù)量引起社會的關(guān)注。網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的流行與普及更加速了全民直播時代的到來。本研究以網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾為研究對象,通過調(diào)查問卷和深度訪談的方法,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾的特征進(jìn)行了歸納,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣對網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾進(jìn)行了細(xì)分,并且對網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾的使用動機(jī)和需求滿足情況進(jìn)行了分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾以18到39歲的年輕人為主,受眾大多數(shù)為學(xué)生。網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的最大動機(jī)是放松心情、舒緩壓力。網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾在使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的過程中其需求得到了不同程度的滿足,且網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾的使用動機(jī)和需求滿足具有一定的相關(guān)性。同時,筆者對網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播受眾“使用與滿足”的新形態(tài)進(jìn)行了歸納,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播未來的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。在未來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播具有更廣闊的發(fā)展前景和發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, social media has gradually entered the public vision.The audience not only regards the media as the tool of receiving information, but also regards the media as the platform of their daily communication.The development of social media not only provides new ways of receiving information and social communication for the audience, but also changes the way of work and life of the masses.As a new social medium, webcast has been developing rapidly in 2016.The popularity and popularity of webcast has accelerated the arrival of the era of live broadcast all over the country.This study takes the audience as the research object, through the method of questionnaire and in-depth interview, summarizes the characteristics of the audience, from the consumption habits of the audience subdivide the audience.It also analyzes the use motivation and demand satisfaction of webcast audience.The study found that young people aged 18 to 39 were the main audience, mostly students.The biggest motivation for webcast audience to use webcast is to relax and relieve pressure.In the process of using webcast, the needs of webcast audience are satisfied to some extent, and the motivation and demand satisfaction of webcast audience have certain relevance.At the same time, the author sums up the new form of "use and satisfaction" of the webcast audience, and sums up the development trend of the webcast in the future.In the future, webcast has a broader development prospects and development space.
