【摘要】：[目的/意義]探討大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代背景下,如何利用大數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)助政府應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件管理機(jī)制創(chuàng)新。[方法/過程]通過文獻(xiàn)收集、案例比較分析總結(jié)大數(shù)據(jù)作用于政府應(yīng)急管理的優(yōu)良特質(zhì),分析中美日政府應(yīng)急機(jī)制中大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的差異,引發(fā)對(duì)我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)急管理機(jī)制創(chuàng)新的啟示。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]為更好地發(fā)揮政府應(yīng)急管理中大數(shù)據(jù)的作用,大數(shù)據(jù)工具、體系、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、人才培養(yǎng)、配套設(shè)施、宣傳教育等因素需要協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。[局限]文章啟示仍需實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance to discuss how to help the government to deal with the emergency management mechanism innovation under the background of big data era.[method / process] through literature collection, case comparison and summary of big data's excellent characteristics in government emergency management, and analysis of the differences in the application of large data in Chinese, American and Japanese government emergency response mechanisms.Initiate to our country big data emergency management mechanism innovation enlightenment.[results / conclusion] in order to give full play to big data's role in government emergency management, big data tools, system, application field, talent training, supporting facilities, propaganda and education should be innovated in cooperation.The revelation of the article still needs to be tested in practice.
