【摘要】：[目的 /意義]探討以知乎為代表的社會化問答應(yīng)用的可用性現(xiàn)狀,以期提高社會化問答應(yīng)用的可用性。[方法/過程]以活動理論作為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合可用性評價的研究成果以及社會化問答應(yīng)用的特點,設(shè)計可用性評價指標(biāo)體系,通過問卷調(diào)查的方法來收集數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行量化分析,對知乎APP的可用性進(jìn)行評價分析。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論 ]研究結(jié)果表明用戶對于知乎APP的可用性總體滿意度相對較高,知乎APP在內(nèi)容上的表現(xiàn)較好,在平臺以及用戶方面仍有待改進(jìn)�？傮w上可從界面布局、用戶研究、社群關(guān)系等三個方面來提高社會化問答應(yīng)用的可用性。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to discuss the usability of social question answering application represented by Zhihu in order to improve the usability of social question answering application.[method / process] under the guidance of activity theory, combined with the research results of usability evaluation and the characteristics of social question-and-answer application, the index system of usability evaluation was designed, and the data were collected and analyzed quantitatively by means of questionnaire survey.The usability of Zhihu APP is evaluated and analyzed.[results / conclusion] the results show that users' overall satisfaction with Zhihu's APP is relatively high, Zhihu APP's performance in content is better, and there is still room for improvement in terms of platform and users.In general, it can improve the usability of social Q & A application from three aspects: interface layout, user research and community relationship.
