【摘要】：利益集團(tuán)是美國政治舞臺(tái)上的重要角色之一,美國人的一生都與各種大大小小的利益集團(tuán)有著剪不斷理還亂的關(guān)系。美國有著世界上數(shù)量最多的利益集團(tuán),同時(shí)這些利益集團(tuán)的力量也非常強(qiáng)大,對(duì)美國政策過程的影響也甚為突出。通過對(duì)美國政治生活中無處不在的利益集團(tuán)的研究和分析,可以對(duì)美國的政治過程有一個(gè)更好的了解。隨著科技的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新媒介的出現(xiàn)給美國的媒介帝國帶來了翻天覆地的變化。媒介的變化和發(fā)展給予了美國利益集團(tuán)開展外部戰(zhàn)略巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。對(duì)在現(xiàn)今的社會(huì)中,利益集團(tuán)如何通過媒介開展外部戰(zhàn)略的研究和分析,可以讓我們對(duì)美國利益集團(tuán)在政策進(jìn)程中如何發(fā)揮作用和影響有一個(gè)更全面、更新穎的看法。本文首先對(duì)美國利益集團(tuán)進(jìn)行了分析和探討,從利益集團(tuán)的概念和定義、緣起和發(fā)展、劃分與類型幾個(gè)方面作了初步的論述,讓人們對(duì)美國的利益集團(tuán)有一個(gè)較為清晰的認(rèn)知。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,從微觀上,對(duì)美國利益集團(tuán)政治參與方式的手段和途徑進(jìn)行了闡述;從宏觀上,對(duì)美國利益集團(tuán)政治參與的內(nèi)部戰(zhàn)略和外部戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了闡述,并討論了影響利益集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略選擇的因素。隨后,介紹了美國媒介帝國的變遷和發(fā)展,從而說明美國利益集團(tuán)外部戰(zhàn)略中的媒介變遷和發(fā)展。具有巨大優(yōu)勢(shì)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新興媒介在為利益集團(tuán)的外部戰(zhàn)略帶來更多可能的同時(shí),也在沖擊著紙質(zhì)媒介等傳統(tǒng)媒介在外部戰(zhàn)略中的地位和作用。最后,分析了媒介在利益集團(tuán)外部戰(zhàn)略中的影響與弊端,科技的發(fā)展為利益集團(tuán)的外部戰(zhàn)略帶來了諸多便利,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了美國利益集團(tuán)政治的發(fā)展和完善,但是對(duì)于美國民主政治也帶來了一些不利影響。美國利益集團(tuán)對(duì)于媒介的精巧使用是美國政治中的一把雙刃劍。
[Abstract]:Interest group is one of the important roles in American political stage.The United States has the largest number of interest groups in the world, and these interest groups are very powerful and have a strong influence on the policy process of the United States.A better understanding of the political process of the United States can be obtained through the research and analysis of the interest groups that are ubiquitous in American political life.With the development of science and technology, the emergence of new media, such as the Internet, has brought tremendous changes to the media empire of the United States.The change and development of media gives American interest groups great advantage in carrying out external strategy.In today's society, the research and analysis of how interest groups carry out external strategies through the media can enable us to have a more comprehensive and innovative view on how American interest groups play a role and influence in the policy process.This paper first analyzes and discusses American interest groups, and makes a preliminary discussion on the concept and definition, origin and development, division and types of interest groups in the United States, so that people have a clear understanding of American interest groups.Then, on the basis of this, from the micro point of view, it expounds the means and approaches of American interest groups' political participation, and from the macro perspective, expounds the internal and external strategies of American interest groups' political participation.And discussed the influence interest group strategic choice factor.Then, it introduces the changes and development of the American media empire, and explains the media changes and development in the external strategy of American interest groups.The emerging media, such as the Internet, which has great advantages, not only brings more possibilities to the external strategy of interest groups, but also impacts the position and role of traditional media such as paper media in the external strategy.Finally, the paper analyzes the influence and malpractice of media in the external strategy of interest group. The development of science and technology brings a lot of convenience to the external strategy of interest group, and further promotes the development and perfection of American interest group politics.But there have also been some adverse effects on American democracy.The subtle use of media by American interest groups is a double-edged sword in American politics.
