【摘要】:組織形象是社會(huì)公眾心目當(dāng)中所行成的對(duì)組織的總體印象和評(píng)價(jià)。當(dāng)前,越來越多研究者開始從傳播學(xué)視角考察政府組織和其他非盈利性組織的組織形象構(gòu)建活動(dòng),力求從組織形象構(gòu)建這一角度為組織機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行組織傳播活動(dòng)提供有益的探索方向和傳播策略建議。通過對(duì)民心網(wǎng)的組織形象的分析,從政治學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、公共關(guān)系的角度進(jìn)行考察。遼寧民心網(wǎng)以組織理念、組織行為、組織視覺三方面為組織形象傳播過程中的主要傳播內(nèi)容來塑造自身形象,通過組織內(nèi)傳播和組織外傳播的傳播渠道實(shí)現(xiàn)組織形象的全方位傳播,遼寧民心網(wǎng)組織形象傳播的對(duì)象主要分為兩部分:一部分是組織內(nèi)部的組織成員,另一部分是組織外部的群眾和各級(jí)黨政機(jī)關(guān)人員,民心網(wǎng)傳播渠道的劃分也主要是依靠它的受眾來作劃分的,民心網(wǎng)通過對(duì)不同受眾的不同渠道的組織形象傳播產(chǎn)生了良好的傳播效果,即形成了良好的組織形象,這一組織形象反饋給遼寧民心網(wǎng)形成了雙向循環(huán)的良好傳播模式。通過對(duì)民心網(wǎng)組織的多重形象和傳播活動(dòng)的傳播工具、傳播模式等進(jìn)行分析考察,闡述分析民心網(wǎng)組織形象傳播的問題。民心網(wǎng)通過組織內(nèi)部傳播,組織外部傳播兩種傳播活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)民心網(wǎng)多重組織形象的傳播。民心網(wǎng)在其組織內(nèi)部傳播過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)了制度化中充滿平等,日;兄匾暅贤;在組織外傳播過程中通過大眾傳媒的渠道,實(shí)現(xiàn)了與“民”的良好互動(dòng),通過考核與激勵(lì)的方式與“官”的積極互動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了共贏合作的目標(biāo)。同時(shí),由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,傳播媒介相互融合和滲透趨勢(shì)增強(qiáng),傳播環(huán)境出現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新和變革,民心網(wǎng)的組織形象構(gòu)建和其他傳播活動(dòng)更加積極化和主動(dòng)化。通過對(duì)傳播壞境的把握以及傳播規(guī)律的分析,基于民心網(wǎng)組織形象構(gòu)建和其他傳播活動(dòng)實(shí)際,提出傳播策略建議。在新的傳播環(huán)境中進(jìn)行民心網(wǎng)的形象構(gòu)建,首先需要樹立傳播、互動(dòng)觀念,同時(shí),在鞏固現(xiàn)有傳播媒介的基礎(chǔ)上,提高新媒體使用能力。
[Abstract]:Organization image is the overall impression and evaluation of the organization in the eyes of the public.At present, more and more researchers begin to investigate the organizational image building activities of government organizations and other non-profit organizations from the perspective of communication.From the perspective of organization image construction, this paper tries to provide useful exploration direction and communication strategy for organization organization.Through the analysis of the organizational image of the network, from the perspective of political science, communication, public relations.Liaoning Minxin Network molds its own image in the three aspects of organizational concept, organizational behavior and organizational vision, which are the main communication contents in the process of organizational image communication.Through the communication channels within and outside the organization to realize the overall dissemination of the organization image, the object of the organization image communication of Liaoning Minxin Network is mainly divided into two parts: one is the organization members inside the organization, and the other is the organization members within the organization.The other part is to organize the outside masses and party and government officials at all levels. The division of the channels of communication of the people's mind net also mainly depends on its audience to make the division.Through the different channels of organizational image communication of different audiences, the network has produced a good communication effect, that is, formed a good organizational image, this organizational image feedback to Liaoning Minxin network formed a two-way circulation of good communication mode.Through the analysis and investigation of the multiple images of the people's heart network organization and the communication tools and modes of communication activities, this paper expounds and analyzes the problems in the dissemination of the image of the people's heart network organization.Through the organization of internal communication, the organization of external communication two kinds of communication activities to achieve the network multi-organizational image dissemination.In the process of communication within the organization, the network of the people is full of equality and attention to communication in the course of daily communication, and realizes the good interaction with the people through the channels of mass media in the process of communication outside the organization.The goal of win-win cooperation is realized through the positive interaction of examination and encouragement with officials.At the same time, due to the rapid development of Internet technology, the trend of media integration and penetration is enhanced, the communication environment has been innovated and changed, and the organizational image construction and other communication activities of the people's Heart Network have become more active and active.Based on the analysis of the bad communication environment and the law of communication, based on the construction of the image of the people's heart network and other communication activities, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the communication strategy.In order to construct the image of popular network in the new communication environment, it is necessary to establish the concept of communication and interaction, and at the same time, to improve the ability of using new media on the basis of consolidating the existing media.
