老齡化社會(huì)數(shù)字電視的惠老發(fā)展策略

【摘要】:通過(guò)調(diào)查中老年人對(duì)數(shù)字電視的使用原因、使用活動(dòng)、使用評(píng)價(jià)和使用需求,從用戶、媒介和環(huán)境三方面,分析了影響使用行為的主要因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)媒介因素是促進(jìn)使用行為的根本因素,環(huán)境因素和用戶因素更多造成了使用行為差異,進(jìn)而從針對(duì)用戶的特殊性、發(fā)揮媒介的優(yōu)勢(shì)性、優(yōu)化環(huán)境的支持性三個(gè)角度,提出數(shù)字電視服務(wù)的"惠老"發(fā)展策略,包括改善老年人的使用能力和使用心態(tài),加強(qiáng)軟硬件產(chǎn)品和節(jié)目元素的"惠老"設(shè)計(jì),完善收視服務(wù)和老年節(jié)目的內(nèi)容"惠老"建設(shè),發(fā)揮收視服務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì)并拓展內(nèi)容傳播平臺(tái),開展實(shí)體活動(dòng)來(lái)提高對(duì)于老年人的粘合力,搭建基于數(shù)字電視的居家養(yǎng)老生活服務(wù)平臺(tái),為老年人提供使用機(jī)會(huì)和及時(shí)的支持,為媒體行業(yè)的"惠老"發(fā)展搭建內(nèi)外環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:By investigating the reasons, activities, usage evaluation and demand of digital TV, the main factors influencing the behavior of digital TV are analyzed from three aspects: user, media and environment.It is found that the media factor is the fundamental factor to promote the use behavior, the environment factor and the user factor cause the use behavior difference more, and then from three angles of view of the particularity of the user, exerting the superiority of the medium, optimizing the supporting nature of the environment.The development strategy of digital TV service is put forward, which includes improving the ability and mentality of the elderly, strengthening the design of the software and hardware products and program elements, and perfecting the TV service and the content of the elderly program "Huiao" construction.Give full play to the advantages of TV service and expand the content dissemination platform, carry out physical activities to improve the adhesive force for the elderly, build a home based service platform for the elderly based on digital television, and provide the elderly with use opportunities and timely support.For the media industry, "Huiao" development to build the internal and external environment.
