【摘要】：[目的/意義]開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)是在大數(shù)據(jù)時代政府信息化發(fā)展的方向,研究目前我國開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)平臺數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀有助于為開放平臺的進一步發(fā)展指明方向。[方法/過程]從開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)平臺的宏觀功能結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對我國十個代表性省、市的開放平臺數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀進行研究。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]我國政府應(yīng)從踐行開放理念、改善數(shù)據(jù)體驗和夯實平臺基礎(chǔ)3個方面來提升開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)平臺的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] opening up government data is the direction of the development of government informatization in big data's time. The research on the data quality of open government data platform in our country is helpful to point out the direction for the further development of open government data platform. [method / process] from the macro function structure of open government data platform, ten representative provinces of our country are studied. [results / conclusion] our government should improve the data quality of open government data platform from three aspects: practicing the open concept, improving the data experience and strengthening the platform foundation.
