【摘要】：從對外傳播的角度看,"人類命運(yùn)共同體"思想作為我國開展對外傳播的重要內(nèi)容、重大議題和話語源頭,是對外傳播中國價值觀念的重要切入點(diǎn)和著力點(diǎn)。"時、度、效"為其對外傳播實(shí)踐提供了可依循的規(guī)律與方法,即在宏觀層面,整體把握國際形勢與傳播格局,在全局視域下的中觀層面,探尋對外傳播的運(yùn)行機(jī)制;在微觀層面,深入探索各類傳播主體適時、適當(dāng)、適度的修辭性干預(yù)與現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of external communication, as an important content of China's external communication, the thought of "Human fate Community" is an important entry point and an important point of emphasis for the dissemination of Chinese values abroad. The effect provides the law and method that can be followed for its external communication practice, that is, at the macro level, the overall grasp of the international situation and communication pattern, in the overall horizon of the meso-level, explore the operational mechanism of external communication; at the micro level, Explore various communication subjects timely, appropriate, moderate rhetorical intervention and realistic path.
