【摘要】：正李寶貴、劉家寧在《北華大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(社會(huì)科學(xué)版)》2016年第6期撰文指出,新世紀(jì)以來,俄羅斯對(duì)外語言傳播策略逐步形成并不斷完善,不僅明確了傳播的目的、對(duì)象、方式與途徑,而且成立了專門負(fù)責(zé)推廣語言文化傳播的機(jī)構(gòu),取得了卓有成效的傳播效果,對(duì)我國(guó)的漢語國(guó)際傳播以及孔子學(xué)院建設(shè)具有重要的啟示和借鑒作用:第一,依托國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,優(yōu)化布局,推進(jìn)對(duì)外語言傳播事
