【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,全球化交流越來(lái)越多,我國(guó)的開(kāi)放程度也進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),因此,接觸國(guó)外影視劇也成了一件越來(lái)越容易的事情,不僅可以在電影院、電視頻道中看到國(guó)外影視,而且影迷們更青睞通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)來(lái)觀看,網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的字幕組就是一個(gè)特殊而又受歡迎的渠道。字幕組是一種網(wǎng)友自發(fā)組成的團(tuán)體組織,他們愛(ài)好國(guó)外影視劇或喜歡外語(yǔ),自發(fā)將國(guó)外電影、電視劇加上中文字幕傳播到網(wǎng)上供廣大網(wǎng)友觀看或下載。這一組織免費(fèi)公益地為網(wǎng)友提供內(nèi)容,憑借著及時(shí)的傳播和創(chuàng)意獨(dú)特的翻譯風(fēng)格受到眾多網(wǎng)友的支持與贊賞。這一現(xiàn)象也帶來(lái)諸多益處,傳播了國(guó)外文化,滿足受眾精神需求,培育了大批影視迷,促進(jìn)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)等等。但是字幕組的行為卻是違法的,因?yàn)樗姆g和傳播行為都沒(méi)有得到版權(quán)方的授權(quán),這一隱蔽的組織一直走在法律的邊緣。在法律日益健全的今天,字幕組現(xiàn)象如何存在是一個(gè)值得深思的問(wèn)題。本論文將目光聚焦在字幕組形成的傳播現(xiàn)象,通過(guò)閱讀文獻(xiàn)、觀察傳播活動(dòng)、訪談相關(guān)成員等方法,分析字幕組現(xiàn)象的成因背景、運(yùn)作機(jī)制,以及它的傳播特點(diǎn)和傳播價(jià)值,并對(duì)它未來(lái)的發(fā)展有所思考。第一部分緒論交代了論文的研究背景、相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、研究方法等;第二部分從網(wǎng)絡(luò)迷群和認(rèn)知盈余等角度分析了字幕組現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的原因,并從自組織的角度分析了它的運(yùn)作機(jī)制;第三部分總結(jié)了它獨(dú)特的傳播特點(diǎn),包括免費(fèi)及時(shí)創(chuàng)意趣味等,第四部分分析了它的傳播價(jià)值,這兩部分可以進(jìn)一步解釋字幕組現(xiàn)象在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中受歡迎的原因;第五部分分析了字幕組發(fā)展中遇到的問(wèn)題和未來(lái)的發(fā)展策略,希望促進(jìn)字幕組現(xiàn)象的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the continuous development of Internet technology, more and more global exchanges, China's openness is further strengthened, therefore, contact with foreign movies and TV plays has become an increasingly easy thing. Not only can you see foreign movies in cinemas and TV channels, but fans prefer to watch them via the Internet. The subtitle group in the network is a special and popular channel. The subtitle group is a self-organized group of netizens. They like foreign movies and TV plays or foreign languages. TV series with Chinese subtitles spread to the Internet for the majority of users to watch or download. This organization provides content for netizens free of charge. With the help of timely communication and creative unique translation style, it is supported and appreciated by many netizens. This phenomenon also brings many benefits, spreads foreign culture, meets the spiritual needs of the audience, and cultivates a large number of film and television fans. Promote business economy and so on. But the subtitle group's behavior is illegal, because its translation and dissemination are not authorized by the copyright party. This covert organization has always been on the edge of the law. How the subtitle group phenomenon exists is a question worth pondering in today's law. This paper focuses on the transmission phenomenon of subtitle group formation. By reading the literature, observing the communication activities and interviewing the relevant members, this paper analyzes the background, operation mechanism, communication characteristics and communication value of the subtitle group phenomenon. The first part introduces the research background, related documents, research methods and so on. The second part analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of subtitle group from the angle of network fan group and cognitive surplus, and analyzes its operation mechanism from the angle of self-organization. The third part summarizes its unique communication characteristics, including free and timely creative interest, 4th part analyzes its communication value, these two parts can further explain the reason why the subtitle group phenomenon is popular in the network; Part 5th analyzes the problems encountered in the development of the subtitle group and the future development strategy, hoping to promote the benign development of the subtitle group phenomenon.
