【摘要】：西方主流媒體已經(jīng)淪為追求經(jīng)濟利益的工具,其民主和輿論監(jiān)督的功能日益式微�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展使傳播媒介的平民化和低門檻成為可能,于是,非主流媒體為少數(shù)群體提供了暢所欲言的渠道,那些挑戰(zhàn)西方社會主流價值觀和意識形態(tài)的言論也得以找到出口。非主流媒體以其自身的話語方式和大規(guī)模報道優(yōu)勢,為少數(shù)群體的信息溝通、集體身份的認同起到至關(guān)重要的作用。非主流媒體在構(gòu)建公共領(lǐng)域、推進民主進程中所起的作用越來越受到社會和學(xué)界的關(guān)注。本文以英美非主流媒體為研究對象,首先對非主流媒體這一動態(tài)的、相對的概念進行了概念上的梳理,提出了理解非主流媒體概念的四種路徑,并對主流媒體和非主流媒體中的意識形態(tài)性進行了比較分析。然后對英美非主流媒體的形態(tài)與特征以及新媒體時代非主流媒體向新媒體形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移的嬗變過程進行闡述。文章的主體第三、四部分主要研究英美非主流媒體對公眾輿論的影響和對社會運動的影響,最后對英美非主流媒體的正負價值做出了一個基本判斷。本文認為,英美非主流媒體作為輿論表達的新空間對公民的民主意識的提升起到了推進作用。英美非主流媒體挑戰(zhàn)了西方主流媒體的信源霸權(quán),聯(lián)合更廣闊范圍的受眾并使輿論影響廣域化;新媒體時代的來臨使非主流輿論形態(tài)多元化,傳播方式更多樣;由于非主流媒體“把關(guān)人”的缺失,非主流媒體也成為謠言和情緒言論的聚集地。以絕對的二元分法去判斷非主流媒體的價值是不科學(xué)的,非主流媒體對培養(yǎng)社會民主意識、提供發(fā)表意見的渠道是積極的,而非主流媒體成為極端言論和虛假信息的聚集地則是消極的。非主流媒體對公民社會和民主進程的潛力是巨大的,如何利用非主流媒體的自身優(yōu)勢實現(xiàn)公共領(lǐng)域的理想是下一步我們應(yīng)該思考的問題。
[Abstract]:Western mainstream media has become a tool to pursue economic interests, its democratic and public opinion supervision function is declining day by day. The development of the Internet makes it possible for the mass media to become civilian and low threshold. Non-mainstream media provide minorities with a free channel to speak out. Those who challenge the mainstream values and ideology of Western society can also be exported. Non-mainstream media with their own discourse and mass reporting advantages for minority information communication. Collective identity plays a vital role. Non-mainstream media are building the public domain. The role of promoting the democratic process has been paid more and more attention by the social and academic circles. This paper focuses on the non-mainstream media in the United States and the United States, first of all, the dynamic of non-mainstream media. The relative concept is combed conceptually, and four ways to understand the concept of non-mainstream media are put forward. Then, the form and characteristics of the non-mainstream media in the United States and the United States, as well as the transmutation process from the non-mainstream media to the new media in the new media era are analyzed. The main body of the article is the third. The fourth part mainly studies the influence of non-mainstream media on public opinion and social movement, and finally makes a basic judgment on the positive and negative value of non-mainstream media in the United States and the United States. Anglo-American non-mainstream media as a new space of public opinion expression of citizens' democratic awareness has played a role in promoting the non-mainstream media in the United States and the United States has challenged the Western mainstream media sources of hegemony. Uniting a wider audience and making the influence of public opinion widespread; The coming of the new media era makes the non-mainstream public opinion form diversified and the communication mode more diverse. Due to the lack of "gatekeepers" in non-mainstream media, non-mainstream media has become a gathering place for rumors and emotional speech. It is unscientific to judge the value of non-mainstream media by absolute dualistic method. Non-mainstream media are active in fostering social democratic awareness and providing channels for expressing their views. It is negative that non-mainstream media become a gathering place for extreme speech and false information. The potential of non-mainstream media for civil society and democratic process is enormous. How to utilize the advantages of non-mainstream media to realize the ideal of public domain is the next step we should think about.
