【摘要】：新媒體發(fā)展形式多樣,突飛猛進(jìn),快速搶占輿論陣地。傳統(tǒng)媒體想要提升競爭力,必須把從業(yè)人員的融合發(fā)展意識提升上來,加快新聞輿論工作者全媒體意識和綜合能力培養(yǎng),破除"本領(lǐng)恐慌",使其實(shí)現(xiàn)"一兵多用",快速充實(shí)到全媒體的輿論陣地中去,用自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專業(yè)能力,發(fā)出更多正能量聲音。本文從加快培養(yǎng)新聞輿論工作者"一專多能"的必要性緊迫性、傳統(tǒng)媒體如何分批次按步驟培養(yǎng)新聞"特種兵"的角度進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:New media development in various forms, rapid progress, quickly seize the position of public opinion. Traditional media want to enhance competitiveness, we must promote the integration of practitioners development awareness. Speed up the cultivation of the whole media consciousness and comprehensive ability of the journalists, break down the "ability panic," enable them to realize "one soldier with more than one use," quickly enrich to the public opinion position of the whole media, and use their own experience and professional ability. From the point of view of the necessity of speeding up the cultivation of "one specialty and many abilities" of the journalists, how to train the news "special forces" in batches by steps in traditional media is discussed in this paper.
