【摘要】：【目的/意義】突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急響應(yīng)的核心是調(diào)節(jié)網(wǎng)民負(fù)面情感,調(diào)節(jié)網(wǎng)民負(fù)面情感的關(guān)鍵是把握負(fù)面情感演化的規(guī)律。盡管各個突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的產(chǎn)生原因和影響有所不同,但輿情發(fā)展的高峰都伴隨著網(wǎng)民負(fù)面情感的產(chǎn)生和爆發(fā)。本研究的目標(biāo)是得到網(wǎng)民負(fù)面情緒與網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情應(yīng)急響應(yīng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,為該領(lǐng)域的研究提供前沿方向引導(dǎo)�！痉椒�/過程】本文主要運用文獻(xiàn)研究法、對比分析法對網(wǎng)民負(fù)面情緒和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情應(yīng)急響應(yīng)的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理和分析。【結(jié)果/結(jié)論】關(guān)于網(wǎng)民負(fù)面情緒的研究,目前主要從理論層面關(guān)注動因、影響因素,關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情應(yīng)急響應(yīng)的研究,目前主要是從公共管理的角度關(guān)注指標(biāo)構(gòu)建和策略研究,缺少結(jié)合實際事件和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的實證研究,尤其是缺少網(wǎng)民負(fù)面情緒與網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情應(yīng)急響應(yīng)的關(guān)聯(lián)研究。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the core of emergency response is to regulate the negative emotions of Internet users. The key to regulate the negative emotions of Internet users is to grasp the evolution of negative emotions, although the causes and effects of the network public opinion of different emergencies are different. However, the peak of the development of public opinion is accompanied by the generation and outbreak of negative emotions of Internet users. The goal of this study is to get the status quo of the research on the negative emotions of Internet users and the emergency response of Internet public opinion. This paper mainly uses the literature research method to guide the research in this field. Comparative analysis of the Internet negative emotions and network public opinion emergency response to the relevant research comb and analysis. [results / conclusions] on the Internet negative emotions, the current focus on motivation from the theoretical level. Influencing factors, the research on the emergency response of network public opinion, is mainly from the perspective of public management to focus on the construction of indicators and strategy research, lack of empirical research combined with actual events and data. In particular, the lack of Internet negative emotions and network public opinion emergency response research.
