【摘要】：鄂溫克族,我國(guó)三少民族之一,是中國(guó)最后一個(gè)狩獵民族。隨著時(shí)代變遷與民族融合,鄂溫克族不斷的失去本民族文化特色,其民族文化在不同程度上受外界沖擊,出現(xiàn)消失的跡象。筆者運(yùn)用框架理論對(duì)鄂溫克民族文化在新媒體渠道的傳播內(nèi)容、傳播方式、傳播效果進(jìn)行分析,評(píng)價(jià)其新媒體利用效果,探討其限制與不足。發(fā)現(xiàn)新媒體對(duì)鄂溫克民族文化的重視程度相對(duì)較低;報(bào)道缺少客觀性,多為正面、中性的文章;表現(xiàn)形式單一,多用固定的表現(xiàn)形式"光輝泛化法"對(duì)鄂溫克民族文化進(jìn)行報(bào)道;報(bào)道內(nèi)容也較為單一,主要以敘述鄂溫克民族文化現(xiàn)狀為主,缺少對(duì)鄂溫克民族文化進(jìn)行深度報(bào)道。最后,筆者認(rèn)為影響新媒體中鄂溫克民族文化報(bào)道的因素主要是國(guó)家的政策法規(guī)和行政手段,新媒體的技術(shù)局限以及新媒體自身的利益要求。進(jìn)而提出改進(jìn)建議,希望提高鄂溫克民族文化傳播議題的豐富性,提高報(bào)道質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)官方微博、微信公眾號(hào)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。希望新媒體可以更好的報(bào)道鄂溫克民族文化,傳承、發(fā)展鄂溫克民族文化。
[Abstract]:The Ewenki, one of the three minority nationalities in China, is the last hunting nation in China. With the change of the times and the integration of the nationalities, the Ewenki have lost their own cultural characteristics. The author uses the frame theory to analyze the content, mode and effect of the Ewenki national culture in the new media channel. To evaluate the effect of new media utilization, to explore its limitations and deficiencies. It is found that the new media pay relatively low attention to the national culture of Ewenki; The report lacks objectivity, mostly positive and neutral articles; The form of expression is single, and it reports the national culture of Ewenki with a fixed form of expression, "brilliant generalization method". The content of the report is also relatively single, mainly to describe the current situation of Ewenki national culture, the lack of in-depth reports on the Ewenki national culture. Finally. The author thinks that the main factors that influence the Ewenki national culture report in the new media are the national policies, regulations and administrative means, the technical limitations of the new media and the interest requirements of the new media itself, and then put forward suggestions for improvement. Hope to improve the richness of Ewenki national culture communication issues, improve the quality of reports, strengthen the official Weibo, WeChat Official account operation and management. Hope that the new media can better report the Ewenki national culture, heritage. To develop the national culture of Ewenki.
