【摘要】：習(xí)近平網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論觀是一個內(nèi)涵豐富、邏輯嚴(yán)密的思想體系,具有目的明確、中心突出、思路清晰、方法得當(dāng)?shù)奶卣鳌ｑR克思主義新聞輿論觀、統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論、群眾路線理論是習(xí)近平網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論觀的思想來源。習(xí)近平網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論觀是基于當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論生態(tài)的現(xiàn)實邏輯而作出的理論思考,這些現(xiàn)實問題包括輿論主體上的話語權(quán)爭奪、輿論內(nèi)容上的紅灰黑較量、輿論心態(tài)上的負情緒傳染和輿論載體上的社會化動員。針對這些現(xiàn)實問題,貫徹落實習(xí)近平網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論觀,輿論主體上要搶占互聯(lián)網(wǎng)主戰(zhàn)場制高點,輿論內(nèi)容上要做強網(wǎng)上正面宣傳,輿論心態(tài)上要包容并處理好網(wǎng)民意見,輿論載體上要加強新媒體社會動員的管控。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's network opinion on public opinion is a thought system with rich connotation and strict logic, which has the characteristics of clear purpose, prominent center, clear train of thought and proper method. The theory of mass line is the ideological source of Xi Jinping's view of public opinion on the Internet, and the concept of public opinion on the Internet is based on the realistic logic of the current ecological network of public opinion. These practical problems include the right to speak on the main body of public opinion, the content of public opinion, the negative emotional contagion in the public opinion mentality and the social mobilization on the carrier of public opinion. To implement Xi Jinping's view of public opinion on the Internet, the main body of public opinion should seize the commanding heights of the main battlefield of the Internet, the content of public opinion should be strongly publicized on the Internet, and the attitude of public opinion should be tolerant and deal with the opinions of netizens. On the carrier of public opinion, we should strengthen the control of social mobilization of new media.
