【摘要】：《新聞?wù){(diào)查》是中央電視臺唯一的深度調(diào)查類節(jié)目,在普通國民和高層都有著廣泛的影響。從1996年5月17日節(jié)目開播以來,已經(jīng)走過了21載的歷程。它以記者的調(diào)查活動為展示手段、以探尋事實(shí)真相為基本內(nèi)容、以做真正的調(diào)查性報導(dǎo)為追求目標(biāo),堅持理性、平衡和深入的精神氣質(zhì)。在中國社會發(fā)生重大變革的時候,《新聞?wù){(diào)查》重視鉆研新問題,探尋新表達(dá),以記者調(diào)查采訪的形式,探尋事實(shí)真相,追求理性、平衡和深入,為促進(jìn)和推動社會和諧進(jìn)步發(fā)揮著點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的作用�！叭r(nóng)”問題在當(dāng)代中國社會處在至關(guān)重要的地位。央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目對“三農(nóng)”問題一直有深入的關(guān)注,致力于建構(gòu)農(nóng)民話語,提升農(nóng)民的話語權(quán)。本論文選取從欄目組開始重點(diǎn)關(guān)注“三農(nóng)”問題的2000年至今所有關(guān)于“三農(nóng)”的74期節(jié)目為研究對象,從央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合新聞傳播學(xué)相關(guān)理論,從以下思路進(jìn)行研究。第一部分是對央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目“三農(nóng)”的話語建構(gòu)主體——央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)作團(tuán)隊的介紹,他們具有強(qiáng)烈的人文主義關(guān)懷和新聞專業(yè)主義精神;第二部分是關(guān)于央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)的對象的論述。央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)對象分為形象多樣的農(nóng)民、發(fā)展不均衡的農(nóng)村和逐步走向現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)業(yè);第三部分是論述央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)的主題。其主要包括農(nóng)村基層管理話語主題、農(nóng)村轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化話語主題、農(nóng)民工話語主題、農(nóng)村發(fā)展模式話語主題和農(nóng)村公共服務(wù)話語主題;第四部分是論述央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)的功能。建構(gòu)身份:弱勢群體;建構(gòu)活動方面:為解決“三農(nóng)”問題不懈努力和探索;建構(gòu)關(guān)系方面:釋放民意氣球、下情上達(dá);媒體和官方人物之間有限度的爭論,進(jìn)行媒介監(jiān)督;建構(gòu)立場方面:城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化、農(nóng)村新型城鎮(zhèn)化。最后一部分是談央視《新聞?wù){(diào)查》欄目“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)的價值和不足。價值包括:提升農(nóng)民主體地位,給予他們平等的話語權(quán);程式化、模式化報道少,重視“三農(nóng)”實(shí)際問題的解決;“三農(nóng)”話語切近民生,充滿人文關(guān)懷;積極建言促使政策變革,潛移默化推進(jìn)“三農(nóng)”發(fā)展。“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)有待改進(jìn)之處包括:難以擺脫的“三農(nóng)”政策宣教色彩和工具理性;“三農(nóng)”話語建構(gòu)具有封閉性,缺乏互動。
[Abstract]:"News investigation" is the only in-depth investigation program of China Central Television (CCTV), which has a wide influence on ordinary citizens and senior officials. It has been broadcast since May 17th 1996. It has gone through a course of 21 years. It takes the investigative activities of the reporter as the display means, the seeking for the truth as the basic content, the real investigative report as the pursuit goal, and adheres to the rationality. At a time when great changes have taken place in Chinese society, "News investigation" attaches great importance to studying new issues, exploring new expressions, seeking truth in the form of a reporter's investigation and interviewing, and pursuing rationality. Balance and depth. In order to promote and promote social harmony and progress, play a little by little role. "three rural issues" in contemporary Chinese society is in a crucial position. CCTV "News Survey" column on "three rural" The problem has always been of deep concern. Committed to the construction of farmer discourse, improve the right to speak of farmers. This paper selected from the column group to focus on the issue of "agriculture, rural areas" from 2000 to now all the 74 programs on "agriculture, countryside and farmers" as the research object. From the perspective of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column, this paper combines the relevant theory of news communication. The first part is the introduction of the main body of discourse construction of the "three rural areas" column of CCTV "News Survey"-the excellent creative team of CCTV "News Survey". They have strong humanistic concern and journalistic professionalism; The second part is about the discussion on the object of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column. The "three rural" discourse construction objects of CCTV's "three Rural" column are divided into a variety of images of farmers. Developing unbalanced rural areas and gradually moving towards modern agriculture; The third part discusses the theme of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column, which mainly includes the theme of rural grass-roots management discourse, the theme of rural population transfer, the theme of migrant workers discourse. Discourse theme of rural development mode and rural public service discourse theme; Part 4th discusses the function of the discourse construction of "three rural areas" in CCTV's "News Survey" column. Construction activities: to solve the "three rural" problem unremitting efforts and exploration; Construction of the relationship: the release of public opinion balloon, the situation on the top; There is a limited debate between the media and official figures to monitor the media; The last part is talking about the value and deficiency of the discourse construction of "three Rural areas" of CCTV "News Survey" column. The value includes: promoting the status of farmers as the main body. Giving them equal voice; Stylized and stereotypical reports are few, and the practical problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" are paid more attention to; The discourse of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is close to the people's livelihood and full of humanistic concern; Positive suggestions promote policy reform and push forward the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". The discourse construction of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" needs to be improved, including: the difficult to get rid of the "three rural" policy propaganda color and tool rationality; The discourse construction of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is closed and lack of interaction.
