【摘要】：[目的 /意義]針對當(dāng)前個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)安全問題頻發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,通過研究個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)的概念范疇和基本類型,進(jìn)一步推動個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)的理論研究與立法保護(hù)。[方法 /過程]綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研法,對學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)和政策法律中的個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)定義進(jìn)行梳理,并使用比較分析法,歸納出個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)的14種基本類型。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]定義了個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)的概念,指出可以從完成程度、技術(shù)時(shí)代、基本屬性、產(chǎn)生平臺、社會職業(yè)、功能價(jià)值、重要程度、年齡特點(diǎn)、存儲地點(diǎn)、存在形式、產(chǎn)生條件、自愿與否、保護(hù)狀態(tài)和使用場景14個(gè)角度,梳理個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)的基本類型。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] in view of the current situation of the frequent occurrence of personal data security problems, by studying the concept category and basic types of personal data, we can further promote the theoretical research and legislative protection of personal data. [Methods / process] the definition of personal data in academic literature and policy law was combed by the methods of literature investigation and network investigation, and 14 basic types of personal data were concluded by comparative analysis. [Results / conclusion] the concept of personal data was defined, and it was pointed out that it could be used in terms of degree of completion, technological age, basic attributes, production platform, social occupation, functional value, importance degree, age characteristics, storage location. Form of existence, production conditions, voluntary or not, protection of the state and use of scenarios from 14 angles, combing the basic types of personal data.
