【摘要】：美國學(xué)者努斯鮑姆提出"詩性正義"的命題,并論述了它的三個特征:"走向他人"的重要性、在人性上"保持豐富性"的必要性以及"詩性裁判"的可能性。她用"詩性正義"去糾正經(jīng)濟活動與司法活動中忽略人的情感的偏向,證明文學(xué)想象是有益于公共生活的。這一觀點引發(fā)了爭議,批評者認為文學(xué)的情感特性決定了它極有可能損害公共生活的公正性。筆者認為,在涉及人的生命活動時,情感的準確性往往比理性的準確性更高一級,不是情感服從理性推進了生命的發(fā)展與豐富,而是理性服從情感推進了生命的發(fā)展與豐富。文學(xué)恰恰是憑借自身對于人的生命與情感的重視而成為人類正義事業(yè)的一部分的,離開這個基點,文學(xué)便失去了作用于正義事業(yè)的有效途徑與方法。
[Abstract]:American scholar Nussbaum put forward the proposition of "poetic justice" and discussed its three characteristics: the importance of "going to others", the necessity of "maintaining richness" in human nature and the possibility of "poetic judgment". She used "poetic justice" to correct the bias of neglecting human emotion in economic and judicial activities, which proved that literary imagination is beneficial to public life. This view is controversial, critics argue that the emotional nature of literature determines that it is likely to undermine the fairness of public life. The author believes that when it comes to human life activities, the accuracy of emotion is often higher than that of reason, not that emotional obedience to reason promotes the development and enrichment of life, but that rational obedience to emotion promotes the development and enrichment of life. Literature has become a part of the cause of human justice by virtue of its own attention to human life and emotion. without this basis, literature has lost the effective ways and methods to act on the cause of justice.
