論《沙丘花園》中鬼舞的文化抵抗策略

【摘要】：在《沙丘花園》中,西爾科對土著文化身份的訴求建構(gòu)在傳統(tǒng)文化之上。在后殖民語境下,土著傳統(tǒng)文化則是作者進行文化抵抗的有效策略。作者將土著文化表征之一的鬼舞,刻畫成書寫身份話語的精神之源,在與主流文化的較衡中,彰顯其存在的價值與意義。另外,小說中虛實結(jié)合的歷史敘述方式,又直接切中美國歷史書寫的問題所在,表明作者意在探尋重建文化歷史身份的可行性。與此同時,作者還將鬼舞轉(zhuǎn)化為文化大同的符碼,以體現(xiàn)其政治理想。
[Abstract]:In Sand Dune Garden, Silco's claim to Aboriginal cultural identity is based on traditional culture. In the post-colonial context, indigenous traditional culture is an effective strategy for the author to carry out cultural resistance. The author portrays ghost dance, which is one of the features of indigenous culture, as the spiritual source of writing identity discourse, and reveals its value and significance in comparison with mainstream culture. In addition, the historical narration of the combination of reality and vanity in the novel is directly related to the problem of American historical writing, which indicates that the author intends to explore the feasibility of rebuilding the cultural and historical identity. At the same time, the author transforms ghost dance into the code of cultural harmony to embody his political ideal.
