[Abstract]:In America, Polish actress Marina goes to Anaheim, a western American village, to create a utopian collective community, and after this practice fails, she chooses to return to the American stage with great success. Marina's pursuit of utopia and the American dream is her personal revolution in finding and creating her identity from the shackles of history and reality. Her self-crisis, however, was not resolved in the revolution, but intensified and postponed indefinitely. This is because this personal lifestyle reform is in essence an aesthetic sense of negative and transcendent. Utopia and the American dream provide her with the freedom, imagination, deviance and other experience in Polish life, play the role of heterotopia space, but can not solve the problem of self-alienation for her.
