【摘要】：弗吉尼亞·伍爾芙是20世紀(jì)最為杰出的小說(shuō)家之一,并且以其意識(shí)流敘事的技巧最為著稱(chēng)。在伍爾芙的諸多作品中,她都采用了創(chuàng)新的手法體現(xiàn)意識(shí)流小說(shuō)的獨(dú)特,為現(xiàn)代小說(shuō)的發(fā)展提供了廣闊的空間。時(shí)間一直是伍爾芙作品中的一個(gè)非常重要的主題。與以往文學(xué)作品不同的地方在于,傳統(tǒng)小說(shuō)重視客觀時(shí)間,將內(nèi)在心理時(shí)間放在相對(duì)次要的位置。伍爾芙則強(qiáng)調(diào)心理時(shí)間的重要性,用它來(lái)窺探人物角色內(nèi)心的真實(shí)感。伍爾芙認(rèn)為內(nèi)在心理時(shí)間與客觀時(shí)間的區(qū)別在于心理時(shí)間沒(méi)有衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而是一個(gè)滲透著無(wú)數(shù)個(gè)瞬間的有機(jī)整體。因此,在這種時(shí)間內(nèi),人們可以通過(guò)自己的思想不受限制地穿梭于自己的回憶、現(xiàn)在的經(jīng)歷和未來(lái)的想象之間,從而獲得一種精神上的自由。這種觀點(diǎn)以及其對(duì)應(yīng)的寫(xiě)作手法不僅形成了伍爾芙小說(shuō)獨(dú)特的風(fēng)格,也極大地促進(jìn)了現(xiàn)代文學(xué)的發(fā)展。伍爾芙的作品《達(dá)洛維夫人》是這種寫(xiě)作手法和寫(xiě)作視角的一個(gè)優(yōu)秀而又典型的例子。《達(dá)洛維夫人》中的時(shí)間發(fā)生較為特殊,整個(gè)故事發(fā)生在一天之中,而伍爾芙的寫(xiě)作手法也完美揭示了她對(duì)于時(shí)間的處理技巧,使得十幾個(gè)小時(shí)的故事成為了主人公克拉麗莎三十年生活經(jīng)歷的精彩縮影。本論文將著重分析伍爾芙寫(xiě)作《達(dá)洛維夫人》時(shí)采用的敘事技巧和時(shí)間安排,并且主要以熱奈特關(guān)于敘事時(shí)間的理論為基礎(chǔ),從時(shí)間順序、時(shí)間距離和時(shí)間頻率三個(gè)方面分析文本中所體現(xiàn)的敘事時(shí)間藝術(shù),進(jìn)一步分析這種安排所體現(xiàn)出的深刻含義。論文一共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分概括地介紹了作家伍爾芙以及小說(shuō)《達(dá)洛維夫人》的基本情況,對(duì)于這本小說(shuō)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀尤其是對(duì)于其時(shí)間安排的研究成果進(jìn)行了整理,并且提出了本論文寫(xiě)作的目的、論文結(jié)構(gòu)和學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值等。第二部分集中介紹了伍爾芙的時(shí)間概念,以及這一時(shí)間概念在《達(dá)洛維夫人》中的運(yùn)用,主要介紹了在文學(xué)創(chuàng)作中時(shí)間安排的發(fā)展和伍爾芙對(duì)于心理時(shí)間的重視,在伍爾芙看來(lái),人生是由不同的獨(dú)立的瞬間組成的,每一個(gè)瞬間都有構(gòu)成人生的含義所在。第三部分主要基于熱奈特的理論,詳細(xì)介紹了小說(shuō)中敘事手法及其效果。第四部分在第三部分的基礎(chǔ)上,探尋小說(shuō)中內(nèi)在的時(shí)間框架,通過(guò)分析內(nèi)在心理時(shí)間研究其與自由、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以及愛(ài)的關(guān)系,令讀者感受到追求人生意義的快樂(lè)所在。第五部分總結(jié)了以上所探討的問(wèn)題,論述了本篇論文的研究目的等。綜上,本篇論文細(xì)致討論了伍爾芙這篇小說(shuō)中的時(shí)間問(wèn)題,突出了作者對(duì)于時(shí)間的重視以及敘事技巧的體現(xiàn),并且分析了這種現(xiàn)代視角的藝術(shù)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Virginia Woolf is one of the most outstanding novelists in the 20 th century and is best known for her stream of consciousness narrative skills. Among Woolf's many works, she adopts innovative techniques to embody the uniqueness of stream of consciousness novels, which provides a broad space for the development of modern novels. Time has always been a very important theme in Woolf's works. Different from previous literary works, traditional novels attach importance to objective time and put internal psychological time in a relatively secondary position. Woolf emphasizes the importance of psychological time, using it to explore the character's inner reality. Woolf believes that the difference between inner psychological time and objective time is that psychological time is not measured, but an organic whole permeating countless moments. Thus, during this time, one can gain a spiritual freedom through the unrestricted passage of one's thoughts between one's own memories, one's present experience and one's future imagination. This view and its corresponding writing techniques not only form the unique style of Woolf's novels, but also greatly promote the development of modern literature. "Mrs. Dalloway," Woolf's work, is an excellent and typical example of this writing technique and perspective. "Mrs. Dalloway" takes place at a particular time, and the whole story takes place in one day. Woolf's writing style also reveals her skill of dealing with time perfectly, making the story of more than ten hours a wonderful epitome of Clarissa's 30 years' life experience. This thesis will focus on the narrative techniques and timing used by Woolf in writing Mrs. Dalloway, and mainly on the basis of Genett's theory of narrative time, from the perspective of time order. This paper analyzes the art of narrative time in the text from three aspects of time distance and time frequency, and further analyzes the profound meaning of this arrangement. The thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part, the author Woolf and the novel "Mrs. Dalloway" are introduced, and the research status of the novel at home and abroad, especially the research results of its timing, are summarized. The purpose, structure and academic value of this thesis are put forward. The second part mainly introduces Woolf's concept of time and its application in Madame Dalloway. It mainly introduces the development of time arrangement in literary creation and Woolf's emphasis on psychological time. In Woolf's view, life is made up of different independent moments, and each moment has its meaning. The third part introduces the narrative technique and its effect in detail based on Genett's theory. On the basis of the third part, the fourth part explores the inner time frame of the novel, studies its relationship with freedom, war and love through the analysis of the inner psychological time, and makes the reader feel the joy of pursuing the meaning of life. The fifth part summarizes the problems discussed above, discusses the purpose of this paper. In summary, this paper discusses the time problem in Woolf's novel, highlights the author's emphasis on time and the embodiment of narrative skills, and analyzes the artistic value of this modern perspective.
