【摘要】：十八世紀(jì)初的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展給英國(guó)社會(huì)帶來(lái)了諸多影響,包括中產(chǎn)階級(jí)的道德敗壞和女性獨(dú)立意識(shí)的覺(jué)醒。很多人把女性在社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域更多的自由視為道德危機(jī)的一種。塞繆爾·理查遜作為一個(gè)有社會(huì)責(zé)任感的出版商和道德家,寫作和出版了《帕梅拉,或美德有報(bào)》一書,意在立一份標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的“女性行為思想準(zhǔn)則”供女性參考和約束自己,從而鞏固父權(quán)制的權(quán)威,維系當(dāng)世道德。本文旨在探討理查遜寫作這部小說(shuō)背后的道德動(dòng)機(jī)和其中蘊(yùn)藏的反女權(quán)立場(chǎng)。第一章主要指出,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展引起了道德敗壞和女性獲得更多自由這樣的“問(wèn)題”;作為一個(gè)權(quán)威的出版商和道德家,理查遜視維系社會(huì)道德為己任,形成了寫作《帕梅拉》背后的道德動(dòng)機(jī)。第二章借助話語(yǔ)和權(quán)力的關(guān)系,詳細(xì)闡述理查遜是如何通過(guò)使用敘事中語(yǔ)言符號(hào)對(duì)帕梅拉進(jìn)行閹割和壓迫,最終瓦解帕梅拉的積極反抗和權(quán)力意識(shí),使她向男權(quán)社會(huì)最終屈服的。而美德的化身帕梅拉的屈服順利地幫助理查遜實(shí)現(xiàn)其道德動(dòng)機(jī)。第三章首先論述帕梅拉是如何在父權(quán)的調(diào)教下成為一個(gè)男性眼中充滿美德的女性,又是如何在夫權(quán)的壓迫下成為一個(gè)完美的18世紀(jì)紳士的妻子的。帕梅拉對(duì)自身女性權(quán)利的拋棄意味著男權(quán)社會(huì)的又一次勝利,也意味著理查遜的道德動(dòng)機(jī)得到了完全的執(zhí)行。通過(guò)多方面分析,本文指出《帕梅拉》中倡導(dǎo)的“美德”是一套在男性話語(yǔ)權(quán)統(tǒng)治的世界下,符合男性統(tǒng)治要求的行為準(zhǔn)則,這樣的“美德”是與“忠貞”“守節(jié)”“順從”等價(jià)的。這樣的行為準(zhǔn)則從男性的角度出發(fā),對(duì)女性是一種禁錮和摧殘,完全和女性主義的觀念背道而馳。而本著這樣道德動(dòng)機(jī)的理查遜充當(dāng)了男權(quán)的喉舌,是反女權(quán)的。
[Abstract]:The economic development of the early eighteenth Century brought a lot of influence to the British society, including the moral corruption of the middle class and the awakening of the consciousness of independence of women. Many people regard women's more freedom in all fields of society as one of the moral crises. Samuel Richardson, as a publisher and moralist with a sense of social responsibility, writes and comes out. The edition of "Pamela, or virtues" is intended to establish a standard "norms for women's behavior" for women to refer to and constrain themselves to consolidate the authority of the patriarchy and maintain the morality of the present. This article aims to explore the moral motives behind Richardson's writing and the anti feminist position contained in it. The development of the economy has caused the "problem" of moral corruption and women's gain more freedom. As an authoritative publisher and moralist, Richardson's view of social morality is his own task, forming a moral motive behind writing < Pamela >. The second chapter expounds how Richardson is used through the relationship of discourse and power. In the narrative, the language symbols emasculate and oppress Pamela, and eventually disintegrate Pamela's positive resistance and power consciousness, and make her eventually yield to the male society. And the incarnation of virtue Pamela helps assistant Charles to achieve his moral motive. Chapter third first discusses how Pamela became a patriarchal regulation. A woman full of virtue in the eyes of a man, and how to become a perfect eighteenth Century gentleman's wife under the oppression of the right of husband. Pamela's abandonment of his own feminine rights means another victory in the male society, which also means that Richardson's moral motive has been fully held. Through many aspects of analysis, this article points out "Pamela" "Virtue" is a set of codes of conduct that conforms to the requirements of male rule in a world governed by male discourse power, which is equivalent to "loyalty", "obedience" and "obedience". This code of conduct from the male perspective, is a kind of imprisonment and destruction, complete and feminist ideas for women. But Richardson, acting in such a moral motive, acted as the mouthpiece of male power and anti feminist.
