【摘要】：20世紀80年代末,阿爾巴尼亞發(fā)生了社會劇變。劇變前,M.埃萊茲(Mehmet Elezaj)曾任阿爾巴尼亞《人民之聲報》總編、阿爾巴尼亞共青團中央第一書記,后負責阿爾巴尼亞勞動黨中央新聞和出版工作,劇變后出任阿爾巴尼亞駐瑞士大使。他所著《我不是十二月的學生》一書,講述了20世紀80年代末90年代初阿爾巴尼亞的社會劇變過程及其個人經歷。為此,2016年10月,北京大學中東歐研究中心主任孔寒冰教授在地那拉對埃萊茲先生進行專訪。通過對他的訪談,人們可以深刻地認識到,一個國家要發(fā)展,就必須堅持改革開放,堅持走自己的路,建立起適合本國國情的政治制度。只有這樣,國家才能富強,人民生活水平才能不斷得以提高。本文根據此次訪談整理而成,供讀者參考。
[Abstract]:In the late 1980s, a social upheaval occurred in Albania. Before the upheaval, M. Mehmet Elezaj once served as the chief editor of the people's voice of the Albania, the first Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of Albania, and then the Central News and publishing work of the Albania Labor Party. After the upheaval, he was appointed as the ambassador of Albania to Switzerland. I am not a student in December, a book about the social upheavals and personal experiences of Albania in the late 1980s and early 90s. To this end, Professor Kong Hanbing, director of the center for central and Eastern European research at Peking University in October 2016, interviewed Mr. Elez in the field. In order to develop a country, we must adhere to the reform and opening up, adhere to its own path and establish a political system suitable for its own national conditions. Only in this way can the country be rich and strong, and the living standard of the people can be continuously improved. This article is based on this interview for the readers to refer to.
