【摘要】：正喬治·艾略特在西方文學(xué)史上頗負(fù)盛名,她不但在女性文學(xué)家中威望甚高,而且同時(shí)代的所有英國作家中,也只有狄更斯、薩克雷等人能夠與之比肩。艾略特在其作品中傾注了更多宗教道德層面的主旨傾向性,并且在很大程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)了藝術(shù)對社會(huì)的主觀改造。宗教道德、自然風(fēng)光以及哲學(xué)歷史等話題,都是她作品所希望表達(dá)的主題。小說《米德爾馬契》是艾略特創(chuàng)作生涯中寫作風(fēng)格
[Abstract]:George Elliot is very famous in the history of Western literature. She is not only prestigious in female writers, but also in all British writers of the same age, but only by Dickens and Thackeray. Eliot has poured more religious moral tendencies in his works and realized it to a great extent. The subject of the subjective transformation of art to society. Religious morality, natural scenery and philosophical history are the themes that her works wish to express. The novel < Mildred 'is the writing style of Eliot's creative career.
