近年來,由于文體分析和語篇分析的發(fā)展,越來越多的語言學(xué)家們認(rèn)識到了語篇分析中的交際目的和語言策略的重要性,于是重在研究交際目的和語言策略的體裁分析便成了語言研究領(lǐng)域的熱門話題。求職信是擇業(yè)人員向用人單位推銷自己以求獲得面試機(jī)會的專用書信,是社交信函的一種也屬于體裁分析的研究范疇。然而目前國內(nèi)對求職信的研究主要在中文求職信和英文求職信的比較分析方面,針對中國人所寫的英文求職信和英語本族語者所寫的英文求職信的對比研究可謂是少之又少。鑒于此,本研究試圖彌補(bǔ)這一缺憾。 本研究有三個目的：第一,探討在中國人所寫的英文求職信與英語本族語者所寫的英文求職信中是否存在語步差異；第二,如果存在差異,筆者試圖從文化因素的角度來解釋產(chǎn)生差異的原因。第三,筆者希望尋求一些教學(xué)啟示來指導(dǎo)寫作教學(xué)以指導(dǎo)求職者寫出更地道的英文求職信。 本研究選擇中國人所寫與英語本族語者所寫的各三十封共六十封英文求職信作為研究的語料庫。從體裁分析的角度對其進(jìn)行語步分析、策略分析并總結(jié)出它們的相同點和不同點,并探究這些不同點產(chǎn)生的社會文化根源。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國人的英文求職信的語步通常為十四個,而英語本族語者的英文求職信的語步通常為十個。...
