人與智能軟件互動(dòng)中連貫構(gòu)建的對(duì)話句法研究

  隨著人工智能的發(fā)展,各種智能聊天軟件(如微軟小冰)走進(jìn)了人們的生活,人機(jī)對(duì)話成為時(shí)下的研究熱點(diǎn)。通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有智能聊天軟件的研究,不少學(xué)者揭示了人機(jī)對(duì)話的缺陷,并提出了寶貴意見。但很少有學(xué)者從語(yǔ)言學(xué)的角度分析人機(jī)對(duì)話,本文嘗試從話語(yǔ)連貫的角度分析人機(jī)對(duì)話。語(yǔ)篇連貫問題是語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究的焦點(diǎn),對(duì)人機(jī)對(duì)話連貫性構(gòu)建的研究有助于促進(jìn)人機(jī)對(duì)話系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)發(fā)展。自韓禮德和哈桑的的《英語(yǔ)中的銜接》一書出版以來,連貫研究一直備受關(guān)注。然而,近半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來,由于大多數(shù)學(xué)者致力于研究獨(dú)白式語(yǔ)篇的連貫性,如今話語(yǔ)互動(dòng)的連貫性需要更多的研究。近年來認(rèn)知功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)越來越關(guān)注話語(yǔ)互動(dòng),致力于研究人們?cè)诨?dòng)中如何相互理解。Du Bois的對(duì)話句法理論是認(rèn)知功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)領(lǐng)域的最新理論成果。我們嘗試用Du Bois的對(duì)話句法理論來分析人與智能軟件互動(dòng)中的連貫構(gòu)建,這對(duì)于連貫研究是一個(gè)新的理論視角。Paul Thagard對(duì)連貫研究頗有建樹,他在《思想與行動(dòng)的一致》一書中系統(tǒng)地探討了認(rèn)知連貫性,他主要從思維和行動(dòng)的關(guān)系的角度研究認(rèn)知連貫性,對(duì)語(yǔ)言形式上的連貫現(xiàn)象關(guān)注不多。我們?nèi)匀豢梢越柚鶷hagard的連貫理論來分析人機(jī)對(duì)話的連貫...
