會話策略是幫助說話者保持會話順利進(jìn)行并達(dá)到交際目的的技巧。醫(yī)患互動是近年來的研究熱點(diǎn)。以往關(guān)于會話策略和醫(yī)患會話的研究引起了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者廣泛的多角度的關(guān)注。然而,較少有研究關(guān)注過中國鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生與患者的對話以及中國鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生與患者交流時(shí)采用的會話策略。本研究焦距三個(gè)研究問題:1.中國鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生與患者交流時(shí)采用了哪些會話策略?2.這些會話策略對患者具有怎樣的社會心理效應(yīng)?3.對醫(yī)生來說,每種會話策略的適用性如何?本研究采用田野調(diào)查和實(shí)證研究的方法,收集了真實(shí)的鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)與患者的對話,然后對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定性分析,并輔以基本的定量分析,探究了中國鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生與患者的會話策略。筆者收集了10位年齡在35-45歲的中國鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生與217名患者的217段完整對話�？倳r(shí)長為6小時(shí)58分30秒。數(shù)據(jù)全部轉(zhuǎn)寫并做認(rèn)真分析。筆者挑出了語料中鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生所采取的全部會話策略,并對其進(jìn)行了分類整理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生采用了12種會話策略來幫助患者更加配合診斷、更加積極治療。這些會話策略是問候、詢問、診斷中指導(dǎo)、展示數(shù)據(jù)、斷言、診斷后指導(dǎo)、解釋、比較、安慰、贊揚(yáng)、警告和親屬稱呼。其中,診斷中指導(dǎo)又分為直接指導(dǎo)和請求式指導(dǎo)兩種。診斷后指導(dǎo)...
