從認(rèn)知角度看同聲傳譯中的順句驅(qū)動原則

  同聲傳譯(同傳)自二戰(zhàn)末產(chǎn)生,因其傳遞信息快速、省時、同步等優(yōu)點被廣泛地應(yīng)用于各種國際會議中。但它也是一個相當(dāng)復(fù)雜的認(rèn)知操作過程,譯員必須同時處理多項任務(wù)。當(dāng)完成各項任務(wù)所需的總體處理能力超過譯員的認(rèn)知資源總量,就會給譯員帶來壓力,造成傳譯失敗。因此,為緩解壓力,節(jié)省有限的認(rèn)知資源,確保傳譯持續(xù)有效地進行,譯員必須全面掌握口譯原則,運用各種口譯技巧。 順句驅(qū)動原則被普遍認(rèn)為是同聲傳譯的一項重要原則和關(guān)鍵技巧。本文將基于前研究者的實驗,從認(rèn)知角度剖析這一原則技巧在同傳過程中行之有效的原因。 本文共分四章。第一章簡要介紹了研究背景和研究目的,同時也對文中涉及的重要概念給予作者自己的定義;第二章回顧了前人對同傳和順句驅(qū)動所作的研究,作者在此基礎(chǔ)上給予歸納和總結(jié);本文的核心是第三章,作者在此從認(rèn)知角度揭示了順句驅(qū)動原則作為同傳的一項重要原則和關(guān)鍵技巧的原因,即人類短期記憶容量的有限性、譯員認(rèn)知資源的有限性和語言的共相性。在此過程中,作者引用了Atkinson-Shiffrin的記憶三級加工模型,Ken Man的注意認(rèn)知資源分配模型,還對傳統(tǒng)的三種記憶類型感覺記憶,短期記憶,長期記憶...
