緬甸金三角大其力大華佛經(jīng)示范學(xué)校師資情況調(diào)查與分析
[Abstract]:This paper takes the Chinese teachers in the Dhakili area of the Golden Triangle of Myanmar as a sample, and makes an investigation and analysis on the situation of 50 Chinese teachers in Dhaili by means of questionnaires and interviews. In order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the Chinese teachers in the Burmese Dhakhwa Buddhist Sutra demonstration School, the author finds out the problems existing in the construction of Myanmar, and puts forward his own suggestions for reference in the light of the existing problems. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly analyzes the basis and significance of this topic, at the same time, it also summarizes the research status and basic train of thought of the study object, the three countries of Old Myanmar and Thailand. The second part is about the survey of the basic situation of the teachers and the quality development and related situation in the Burmese Dhakiri Buddhist Sutra demonstration School. The third part mainly carries on the investigation and the analysis to the teacher in the actual teaching concrete situation, including the teacher in the classroom teaching organization form and the teaching method, the teaching content and the teaching task completion situation, the teacher's work condition and so on. The analysis is based on the relevant data and tries to be objective. The fourth part mainly analyzes the current situation of the training of Chinese teachers. On the basis of data statistics, it makes a comprehensive analysis of the training methods, contents, needs and effects of such aspects as training methods, contents, needs and effects. In the fifth part, I put forward some suggestions on the future development of the teachers in the Dhaehua Buddhist Sutra demonstration School. The conclusion mainly puts forward the conclusion on the basis of clarifying the ideas of the thesis, and points out that the research still needs to go deep, in order to provide some help and reference for promoting the development of Chinese teaching in Myanmar. In the investigation of the teachers in the Burmese Dhakhwa Buddhist Scripture demonstration School, the author finds that there are many problems in the construction of the teaching staff, including the unreasonable structure of the teachers, the lack of scientific research ability, and the low level of the teachers as a whole. The mobility of teachers is very large, teaching methods are relatively single and so on. We should work together to solve these series of problems. To solve the problem of teachers and promote their Chinese language teaching, please climb to a higher floor.
