緬甸金三角大其力大華佛經(jīng)示范學(xué)校師資情況調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:本文以緬甸金三角大其力地區(qū)的華文示范學(xué)校的漢語教師為樣本,采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談的方法對大其力50位漢語教師的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,以更全面地了解緬甸大其力大華佛經(jīng)示范學(xué)校的漢語教師,找出其實(shí)在建設(shè)方面存在的問題,并針對存在的問題提出了自己的拙見以供參考。本論文分成五部分。第一部分主要對本論題的立論依據(jù)和意義進(jìn)行了分析,同時還對研究對象、老緬泰三國的研究現(xiàn)狀和基本思路進(jìn)行了概述。第二部分是關(guān)于緬甸大其力大華佛經(jīng)示范學(xué)校的教師隊伍基本情況的調(diào)查和素質(zhì)發(fā)展與相關(guān)情況等方面開展實(shí)際調(diào)查。第三部分主要就教師在實(shí)際教學(xué)中的具體情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,包括教師在課堂教學(xué)的組織形式及教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)內(nèi)容及教學(xué)任務(wù)完成情況、教師的工作情況等方面,分析時都以相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),力求客觀。第四部分主要分析的當(dāng)前大其力在漢語教師培訓(xùn)方面的情況,在數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計的基礎(chǔ)上從培訓(xùn)方式、內(nèi)容、需求和效果等多方面進(jìn)行了全面的分析。第五部分是本人對大其力大華佛經(jīng)示范學(xué)校今后教師的發(fā)展,提出了幾個建議。結(jié)語部分主要在理清論文思路的基礎(chǔ)上提出文章的結(jié)論,并指出研究中還有待深入的地方,以期為推動緬甸漢語教學(xué)的發(fā)展提供一定的幫助和借鑒。在對緬甸大其力大華佛經(jīng)示范學(xué)校師資情況的調(diào)查中,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)其在師資隊伍建設(shè)方面存在許多問題,包括師資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、科研能力不足、師資整體雪莉水平不高、教師流動性非常大、教學(xué)方法比較單一等問題。對于這些一系列問題,我們應(yīng)該共同想辦法解決。解決師資問題,推動其漢語教學(xué)更上一層樓。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the Chinese teachers in the Dhakili area of the Golden Triangle of Myanmar as a sample, and makes an investigation and analysis on the situation of 50 Chinese teachers in Dhaili by means of questionnaires and interviews. In order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the Chinese teachers in the Burmese Dhakhwa Buddhist Sutra demonstration School, the author finds out the problems existing in the construction of Myanmar, and puts forward his own suggestions for reference in the light of the existing problems. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly analyzes the basis and significance of this topic, at the same time, it also summarizes the research status and basic train of thought of the study object, the three countries of Old Myanmar and Thailand. The second part is about the survey of the basic situation of the teachers and the quality development and related situation in the Burmese Dhakiri Buddhist Sutra demonstration School. The third part mainly carries on the investigation and the analysis to the teacher in the actual teaching concrete situation, including the teacher in the classroom teaching organization form and the teaching method, the teaching content and the teaching task completion situation, the teacher's work condition and so on. The analysis is based on the relevant data and tries to be objective. The fourth part mainly analyzes the current situation of the training of Chinese teachers. On the basis of data statistics, it makes a comprehensive analysis of the training methods, contents, needs and effects of such aspects as training methods, contents, needs and effects. In the fifth part, I put forward some suggestions on the future development of the teachers in the Dhaehua Buddhist Sutra demonstration School. The conclusion mainly puts forward the conclusion on the basis of clarifying the ideas of the thesis, and points out that the research still needs to go deep, in order to provide some help and reference for promoting the development of Chinese teaching in Myanmar. In the investigation of the teachers in the Burmese Dhakhwa Buddhist Scripture demonstration School, the author finds that there are many problems in the construction of the teaching staff, including the unreasonable structure of the teachers, the lack of scientific research ability, and the low level of the teachers as a whole. The mobility of teachers is very large, teaching methods are relatively single and so on. We should work together to solve these series of problems. To solve the problem of teachers and promote their Chinese language teaching, please climb to a higher floor.
