【摘要】：本文對"語言保護"政策實施后五年的實踐進行了回顧,認為我國在現代化深入階段實行"語言保護"政策十分必要,是促進現代化建設的有力保障,符合多民族的共同利益,是當今解決多民族國家的語言問題的重要舉措。我國實行語言保護,能為其他多民族國家解決語言問題提供有益的參考和借鑒。指出五年的經驗證明,在"語言保護"的實施中必須處理好強勢語言和弱勢語言、語言互補和語言競爭、母語使用和通用語兼用、不同語言的共性和個性等關系,必須針對不同語言對癥下藥,而不能簡單化,搞"一刀切"。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the practice of the policy of "language protection" five years after its implementation, and holds that it is very necessary for China to implement the policy of "language protection" in the deep stage of modernization, which is a powerful guarantee to promote the construction of modernization and conforms to the common interests of many nationalities. It is an important measure to solve the language problem of multi-national countries. The implementation of language protection in China can provide useful reference for other multinational countries to solve language problems. It is pointed out that in the implementation of "language protection", it is necessary to deal well with the relations between strong and weak languages, language complementarity and language competition, the use of mother tongue and common language, the commonness and individuality of different languages, and so on. Different languages must be targeted at the right remedy, not simplistic, "one-size-fits-all".
