【摘要】：《莊子》以陰陽(yáng)喻萬(wàn)物,以恬淡無(wú)為蓄養(yǎng)人生,故蘊(yùn)含了天人合一、靜以療疾的思想,其中不乏一些醫(yī)學(xué)語(yǔ)詞的記載,如表示病之總名的"疾""病"等,表示病名、病證的"龜手""漂疽""溲膏"等,表示病因病機(jī)的"陰陽(yáng)不和""內(nèi)熱"等,在一定程度上為我們展現(xiàn)了當(dāng)時(shí)醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的歷史風(fēng)貌。整理考釋這些醫(yī)學(xué)語(yǔ)詞,對(duì)于深入開(kāi)展先秦醫(yī)學(xué)史研究具有重要的價(jià)值和意義。
[Abstract]:Zhuangzi used Yin and Yang as a metaphor for all things, and kept life by quiet inaction, so it contained the idea of harmony between nature and man and the idea of treating diseases quietly. Among them, there were some medical words, such as "disease" and "disease", which indicated the total name of the disease, and so on, indicating the name of the disease. The "turtle hands", "floating gangrene" and "Deutzia ointment", which indicated the "Yin and Yang disharmony" and "internal heat" of etiology and pathogenesis, to some extent showed us the historical style of medical development at that time. It is of great value and significance to study the history of medical science in pre-Qin Dynasty.
