【摘要】：坤甸市是印尼較早開始漢語教育的城市之一,坤甸市的漢語教育事業(yè)發(fā)展具有一定代表性。漢語教育的發(fā)展與漢語教師的素質密不可分,促進發(fā)展?jié)h語教育發(fā)展要注意漢語教師的問題,因此,本文以坤甸市漢語教師狀況為研究對象,了解印尼坤甸市漢語教師的實際情況,查明教師在教學中面臨的教育問題,并且針對這些問題提出相應的對策。本文通過問卷調查及訪談的方式,對印尼坤甸市漢語教師的狀況進行了調查研究。將在教師個體的專業(yè)情況、專業(yè)能力與學校的支持這三個方面中詳細討論坤甸市漢語教師存在的問題。本選題的研究意義在于對印尼坤甸市漢語教師的現(xiàn)狀進行細致的了解和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,并且做一定的分析,提出解決問題的建議,以期對今后印尼坤甸市乃至全國的漢語教育有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Kundian is one of the earliest Chinese education cities in Indonesia. The development of Chinese language education is closely related to the quality of Chinese teachers. To promote the development of Chinese language education, we should pay attention to the problems of Chinese teachers. To understand the actual situation of Chinese teachers in Kundian, Indonesia, to find out the educational problems faced by teachers in teaching, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to these problems. This paper investigates the status of Chinese teachers in Kundian, Indonesia, by means of questionnaires and interviews. The problems of Chinese teachers in Kundian City are discussed in detail in the three aspects of teachers' professional situation, professional ability and school support. The research significance of this topic lies in the detailed understanding and analysis of the current situation of Chinese teachers in Kundian, Indonesia, finding out the existing problems, and making a certain analysis, and put forward some suggestions to solve the problems. It is expected to benefit the Chinese language education in Kundian, Indonesia and even the whole country in the future.
