【摘要】：古代社會的“狀”、“報”、“邸吏狀”、“朝報”、“塘報”、“邸抄”、“牌報”等等通稱邸報,它是我國古代官府傳知朝政的文書抄本和政治情報。其內(nèi)容主要包括皇帝的起居言行、詔令諭旨及國家的重大決策、法令、政令,官員升黜、任免、選拔、賞賜褒獎、貶斥的消息,官員的章奏表疏等等,邸報還會刊載一些社會新聞、軍事報道、教育報道等。官文書是指由官方發(fā)布的,具有政治效力的文字。據(jù)我國現(xiàn)存最早的歷史文獻匯編集《尚書》記載,周王朝時出現(xiàn)了典、謨、訓、誥、誓、命等具體的公文文種。自此,我國古代的官文書正式進入歷史舞臺,逐漸演變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)在的公文,繼續(xù)在行政管理等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮不可替代的作用。在中國新聞史上,邸報被認為是我國最早的報紙。關(guān)于邸報的研究成果也大多側(cè)重于它新聞學方面的價值,如朱傳譽先生撰寫的《宋代新聞史》和尹韻公先生撰寫的《中國明代新聞傳播史》。也有一些從古代檔案發(fā)布及政治傳播的角度對邸報進行研究的文章。但是,在邸報中占重要位置的官文書卻常常被忽略,迄今為止,還未見到專門對我國古代邸報中的官文書進行系統(tǒng)整理和分析的文章或著作,因此,筆者選擇從這一新的角度來解讀邸報,作一輕淺的嘗試。邸報產(chǎn)生于唐代,發(fā)展于宋代,繁榮于明代,直至清末消亡。資料眾多且大多散見,筆者能力所限,不可能將所有的邸報收集起來進行研究。明《萬歷邸鈔》和《弘光實錄鈔》分別是明萬歷和弘光年間的邸報抄本,內(nèi)容較為完整,且明代是邸報發(fā)展的繁榮期,故選擇它們作為本文研究對象。文章分為緒論、正文、結(jié)論、附錄四個部分。緒論部分主要介紹了本文的選題來源、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義和研究方法。選題來源意在使讀者明了筆者之所以選擇這個題目的初衷;研究現(xiàn)狀則是將學界對于邸報的研究成果作一歸納整理,從舊有的成果中發(fā)現(xiàn)新的研究角度。同時對它們進行消化吸收,為本文的研究打好理論基礎;研究意義從各方面闡釋了本文研究的價值所在;最后說明文章的研究方法,恰當?shù)牟牧吓浜峡茖W的方法才能得出合理有效的結(jié)論。正文分為三章:第一章是概述篇:對本文涉及的兩個重要名詞——“邸報”和“官文書”進行了介紹。邸報部分論述了邸報的概念、發(fā)展歷程,傳世邸報原件簡介以及邸報與現(xiàn)代政報的關(guān)系;官文書部分則對古代官文書的概念、種類和特點進行了闡明。第二章是整理篇:筆者對本文研究的主要對象——《萬歷邸鈔》和《弘光實錄鈔》作了簡要介紹,按照行文方向和官文書的種類對其中的官文書進行了系統(tǒng)的整理和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,并對整理結(jié)果作了簡單的分析。第三章是研究篇,筆者從明代邸報中官文書的內(nèi)容種類、行文體式、明代邸報中官文書的新聞性、從《萬歷邸鈔》中奏疏的“留中”看萬歷政局、明代邸報中官文書的價值、明代邸報中官文書的缺憾等方面對明代邸報進行了研究。結(jié)語部分是對全文的總結(jié),再次闡述了本文研究的創(chuàng)新點,指出了筆者所做的工作對以后研究者提供的便利之處,同時分析了自己在研究和撰寫過程中的一些不足。附錄部分是筆者搜集的一些邸報原件的影印圖片,以圖讓讀者對邸報有一個概貌性的了解。

The appendix is the collection of some of the original copy picture, in order to let the readers have a general understanding of the nature.
