【摘要】：雖然很多學(xué)者已經(jīng)開始關(guān)注孔子學(xué)院的文化體驗活動,也有研究人員對韓國各個地區(qū)的孔子學(xué)院進行了文化體驗活動調(diào)研和分析,但是還沒有出現(xiàn)專門針對韓國世翰大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院文化體驗活動情況的調(diào)查報告,特別對世翰大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院文化體驗活動運營模式方面的探討和研究。因此,筆者選擇韓國世翰大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院進行研究和分析,具有一定的實踐意義和經(jīng)驗推廣價值。通過筆者實地的實踐經(jīng)歷和調(diào)研,本文認(rèn)為世翰大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院在文化體驗活動的發(fā)展過程中已經(jīng)形成了特有的模式和系統(tǒng)的體系,但是從孔子學(xué)院長遠的發(fā)展考慮還應(yīng)進一步完善文化體驗管理運行模式。因此,筆者引入了跨文化交際、體演文化教學(xué)法的相關(guān)理論,探究如何構(gòu)建世翰大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院文化體驗活動的持續(xù)性發(fā)展模式。本文建議在世翰大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院原有的文化體驗中心基礎(chǔ)之上,設(shè)立韓國木浦地區(qū)孔子學(xué)院對外文化服務(wù)中心,統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)世翰大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院文化傳播的文化體驗活動,達到共享現(xiàn)有資源,精益求精;此外還建議完善孔院管理團隊,實現(xiàn)教師資質(zhì)專業(yè)化和職員責(zé)任細分化;不斷拓展市場,多方面籌措資金,開展豐富多彩、形式多樣的文化活動。同時,考慮到孔子學(xué)院的語言傳播需要符合跨文化交際的一般規(guī)律,筆者還將研究置于跨文化交際的視角下,提出綜合運用多種推廣模式,語言與文化并重,提高韓國民眾對孔子學(xué)院文化體驗認(rèn)知度的建議和一些具體措施。
[Abstract]:Although many scholars have begun to pay attention to the cultural experience activities of Confucius Institutes, some researchers have also investigated and analyzed the cultural experience activities of Confucius Institutes in various regions of South Korea. However, there has not been a survey report specifically on the cultural experience activities of Confucius Institutes at South Korea, especially on the mode of operation of cultural experience activities at Confucius Institutes of Whehn University. Therefore, The author chooses the Confucius Institute of the South Korean World Han University to study and analyze, which has certain practical significance and experience promotion value. This paper holds that the Confucius Institute of Wickham University has formed a unique mode and system in the development of cultural experience activities, but in view of the long-term development of the Confucius Institute, it is necessary to further improve the operating mode of cultural experience management. The author introduces the relevant theories of intercultural communication and cultural pedagogy. This paper explores how to construct a sustainable development model of cultural experience activities of Confucius Institute of Wickham University. This paper proposes to set up an external cultural service center of Confucius Institute in Mupu, South Korea, on the basis of the original cultural experience center of Confucius Institute of John University. To co-ordinate and coordinate the cultural experience activities of Confucius Institute of Whehn University in order to share existing resources and strive for excellence; in addition, it is also recommended to improve the management team of the Institute, to professionalize teachers' qualifications and divide staff responsibilities, and to continuously expand the market. At the same time, considering that the language communication of Confucius Institute needs to conform to the general law of cross-cultural communication, the author puts the research under the perspective of cross-cultural communication. This paper puts forward some suggestions and some concrete measures to improve Korean people's cognition of Confucius Institute's cultural experience by synthetically applying various popularizing models and paying equal attention to language and culture.
