大陸MTI與臺(tái)灣地區(qū)翻譯碩士人才培養(yǎng)模式對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化的浪潮席卷全球,國(guó)(地區(qū))與國(guó)(地區(qū))間的交流和依存不斷加深,相互之間的聯(lián)系也逐漸密切。在這個(gè)文化多元與多語(yǔ)種并存的世界中,翻譯的作用與地位日漸重要,培養(yǎng)什么樣的翻譯人才能適應(yīng)快速發(fā)展的社會(huì)需求變得愈加緊迫。2007年,隨著國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)在全國(guó)開(kāi)啟了翻譯碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位的試點(diǎn)申報(bào)工作,到2016年底,全國(guó)已有206所高校取得了培養(yǎng)資格。隨著翻譯專業(yè)學(xué)位近10年來(lái)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,取得了較大的進(jìn)步。作為一個(gè)年輕的學(xué)科,中國(guó)內(nèi)地的翻譯專業(yè)學(xué)位教育仍然存在著培養(yǎng)人才目的不明確,設(shè)置課程不合理、教學(xué)模式須調(diào)整等問(wèn)題;诖,本文根據(jù)建構(gòu)主義、功能主義和多元智能理論等國(guó)內(nèi)外人才培養(yǎng)模式的相關(guān)理論,并與臺(tái)灣地區(qū)職業(yè)型和應(yīng)用型翻譯碩士人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,從培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)、課程的設(shè)置與開(kāi)發(fā)及翻譯教學(xué)的測(cè)量與評(píng)估入手,分析兩岸在人才培養(yǎng)模式上的異同,并剖析大陸地區(qū)翻譯專業(yè)碩士存在的缺陷與不足。從本研究的問(wèn)題入手,借助研究工具問(wèn)卷量表,對(duì)兩岸人才培養(yǎng)模式滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)收集分析發(fā)現(xiàn),臺(tái)灣地區(qū)翻譯碩士教育在課程設(shè)置、教師教學(xué)及人才培養(yǎng)模式的總評(píng)上均高于大陸地區(qū),說(shuō)明大陸地區(qū)仍有提高與改進(jìn)的空間。最后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,并借鑒臺(tái)灣地區(qū)在人才培養(yǎng)模式上的優(yōu)勢(shì)提出建議:1、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)上突出其職業(yè)化與應(yīng)用型的特色;2、以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的翻譯能力為課程設(shè)置的中心,并把課程設(shè)置與教學(xué)理?yè)?jù)相融合;3、職業(yè)化的師資隊(duì)伍,使現(xiàn)代技術(shù)手段運(yùn)用到翻譯教學(xué)之中。
[Abstract]:With the wave of globalization sweeping the world, the exchanges and interdependence between countries (regions) and countries (regions) are deepening, and the relationship between them is becoming closer. In this world where cultural diversity and multilingualism coexist, The role and status of translation is becoming more and more important, and it is becoming more and more urgent to train translators to adapt to the rapid development of society. In 2007, with the opening of the national pilot application for master's degree in translation by the State Council academic degrees Committee, By end of 2016, 206 colleges and universities in China had obtained the training qualifications. With the construction and development of translation degree in the past 10 years, great progress has been made. As a young subject, There are still some problems in the degree education of translation major in mainland China, such as the unclear purpose of cultivating talents, the unreasonable setting of courses, the adjustment of teaching mode, and so on. The theories of functionalism and multiple intelligences, and so on, are compared with those of professional and applied translation masters in Taiwan. The course setup and development, the measurement and evaluation of translation teaching, the similarities and differences in the talent training model between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and the defects and shortcomings of the master's degree in translation in mainland China are analyzed. With the help of the questionnaire of research tools, this paper investigates the satisfaction degree of the personnel training model across the Taiwan Strait, and finds out that the master of translation education in Taiwan is offered in the curriculum, and the relevant data are collected and analyzed. The general evaluation of the mode of teacher teaching and talent training is higher than that of the mainland, indicating that there is still room for improvement in the mainland. Finally, according to the existing problems, And draw lessons from the advantages of Taiwan in the talent training mode, and put forward some suggestions: 1. The training goal should highlight the characteristics of professionalism and application. The center of the curriculum is to cultivate students' translation ability. Moreover, the curriculum and teaching motivation are combined with the professional teaching staff so that modern technical means can be applied to translation teaching.
