【摘要】：漢語之"名"是用來表征"實"的,命名其實是一個賦義的過程,使事物成為意義的對象,"名"因為在文化符號系統(tǒng)中的解釋而獲得其他的意義,如名號、名分之屬等。名實的對應(yīng)關(guān)系使得自然與社會分別獲得秩序。黃老道家援法入道,試圖通過執(zhí)掌形名來掌握自然和社會秩序,發(fā)展成為黃老形名之學(xué),并為法家繼承發(fā)展,形成形名法術(shù)之學(xué),法家將其應(yīng)用到社會秩序的治理之中,具有較強的實踐性和可操作性。從儒家正名到黃老道家正形名,以至法家之正刑名,社會規(guī)范是從"名"的符號規(guī)范開始的,這是一個中國特色的語言規(guī)范到行為秩序的社會符號學(xué)發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:Chinese "name" is used to represent "reality". Naming is actually a process of giving meaning, making things become objects of meaning. "name" acquires other meanings because of its interpretation in the system of cultural symbols, such as name, name, name, etc. The relationship between name and reality makes the order between nature and society. The Huanglao Taoists came into the Tao with the aid of the Taoist family, trying to master the natural and social order by taking the shape of the name, and developing into the school of Huang Lao form and name, and inheriting the development for the Legalists. The formation of form and name magic, which is applied by Legalists to the governance of social order, has strong practicability and maneuverability. The social norm begins with the symbolic norm of "name", which is the development mode of social semiotics with Chinese characteristic language norm and behavior order.
