【摘要】：西方的語(yǔ)言理論認(rèn)為,語(yǔ)言是思維的表征,文字只是語(yǔ)言的記錄,而不是語(yǔ)言。這一理論的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)是西方的邏格斯中心主義:在場(chǎng)先于而且優(yōu)于不在場(chǎng),說(shuō)出的言語(yǔ)是在場(chǎng),書寫的文字是不在場(chǎng),因此,言語(yǔ)比文字重要,文字是言語(yǔ)的奴仆。這種認(rèn)為文字附屬于口語(yǔ)、口語(yǔ)優(yōu)于文字的觀點(diǎn),就是語(yǔ)音中心主義。盡管中西方學(xué)者、知識(shí)分子以及政治家們可能并不了解或接受這些語(yǔ)言理論,但他們?cè)跐h語(yǔ)文字性質(zhì)問(wèn)題上的看法,與這些理論殊途同歸,不謀而合,對(duì)認(rèn)識(shí)漢語(yǔ)文字的性質(zhì)以及制訂語(yǔ)言政策產(chǎn)生了相當(dāng)大的影響。從語(yǔ)音中心論的興起分析其在歷史上對(duì)漢語(yǔ)文字研究的影響,以及中西學(xué)者關(guān)于漢語(yǔ)文字的持久爭(zhēng)論,可以揭示其如何影響了對(duì)漢語(yǔ)文字性質(zhì)和特征的理解以及語(yǔ)言政策的制定,并進(jìn)而為準(zhǔn)確把握漢語(yǔ)的本質(zhì)提供認(rèn)識(shí)論方面的概念性思考。
[Abstract]:The western language theory holds that language is the representation of thought and that words are only a record of language, not language. The philosophical basis of this theory is the logos centrism of the West: the presence is prior to, and superior to, the absence, and the utterance is the presence. Written text is not present, therefore, speech is more important than writing, writing is the servant of speech. This view that words are subordinate to spoken language and spoken language is superior to writing is phonological centrism. Although Chinese and Western scholars, Intellectuals and politicians may not understand or accept these theories, but their views on the nature of Chinese characters coincide with those theories. It has a great influence on the understanding of the nature of Chinese characters and the formulation of language policies. From the rise of phonological centrism, this paper analyzes its influence on the study of Chinese characters in history, as well as the long-lasting debate between Chinese and Western scholars on Chinese characters. It can reveal how it affects the understanding of the nature and characteristics of Chinese characters and the formulation of language policies, and then provides epistemological conceptual thinking for accurately grasping the essence of Chinese.
