隱喻作為一種特殊的語言現(xiàn)象一直受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者們的廣泛關(guān)注。傳統(tǒng)上隱喻被當(dāng)作是一種特殊的修飾方法,但是在近三十年中,認知語言學(xué)家認為隱喻是人類思維的重要手段,是一種認知現(xiàn)象。雖然國內(nèi)已有學(xué)者對隱喻進行過研究和分類,但是對其生成機制的探討還僅是初步的,尚有很多方面需要進一步研究。本文旨在從認知的角度,運用概念整合理論和格式塔理論來進一步揭示隱喻的意義構(gòu)建和生成機制。 本文從隱喻的特征入手,運用不同的方法和觀點,多角度地對隱喻進行了分類。本文也分析了隱喻產(chǎn)生的原因。 對于隱喻的工作機制,有兩種理論。一種是語言的角度,另一種是認知的角度。從語言的角度來看,隱喻把一個領(lǐng)域的概念、思想和術(shù)語應(yīng)用到另外一個領(lǐng)域以便于修飾文章。因此隱喻只是人們藝術(shù)地表達自己的情感和進行哲學(xué)辯論的工具。從認知的角度,人們創(chuàng)立了許多有關(guān)隱喻理論,如：傳導(dǎo)隱喻理論、概念隱喻理論、概念整合理論等等。萊可夫和約翰遜的概念隱喻理論標(biāo)志著隱喻的研究進入一個新時代,它使對隱喻的研究從修辭的功能和語言的層面轉(zhuǎn)向認知的層面。但是概念隱喻理論也有其不足的地方,因此,佛科尼亞于1985年發(fā)表了其著作《心理空間》,對萊可夫的理論作了發(fā)展。 在...
