評價理論視角下的社區(qū)矯正說服研究

作為新興恢復(fù)性司法方式,社區(qū)矯正在當(dāng)今中國司法體系中扮演的角色越來越重要。在社區(qū)矯正語境中,說服是一種重要的實現(xiàn)受矯人員思想態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)變的語言方式。為了達(dá)到此目的,社工和受矯人員都將評價資源應(yīng)用于說服之中。本論文試探索在社區(qū)矯正中初始評估、個案談話以及思想報告階段的說服所應(yīng)用的評價資源,分析評價資源如何在說服過程中發(fā)揮作用,以期為中國的社區(qū)矯正發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。本研究致力于說服雙方的評價資源使用情況,旨在回答以下研究問題:(1)雙方在對話中使用了什么評價資源以達(dá)到說服目的?(2)評價資源如何實現(xiàn)雙方間的說服?本文將社會心理學(xué)中說服概念與語言學(xué)中評價理論相結(jié)合,并將其引入社區(qū)矯正語境之中,形成了一套適用于本文分析目的的理論框架。本文一方面使用了韓禮德的系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)研究范式,從語境深入到語篇,通過在詞匯語法層面的具體實現(xiàn)形式,考察在語篇語義層面上的評價意義,另一方面使用了社會心理學(xué)及傳播學(xué)中的說服理論,來分析社區(qū)矯正中說服的實現(xiàn)。通過分析收集的21份經(jīng)錄音轉(zhuǎn)寫而成的文本語篇,本文結(jié)合詞匯語篇實現(xiàn)方式從語篇語義層面研究了社區(qū)矯正中說服的達(dá)成。結(jié)果顯示社工和受矯人員都在語篇中運(yùn)用了大量評價資源,用以...
