當(dāng)今,我國(guó)的醫(yī)患關(guān)系日益緊張,醫(yī)療糾紛時(shí)常發(fā)生,主要是因?yàn)獒t(yī)生和病人的交流存在問(wèn)題。我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)界的研究人員已經(jīng)意識(shí)到了這一點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行了許多相關(guān)研究,主要是關(guān)于醫(yī)患關(guān)系和醫(yī)患交流中醫(yī)生的語(yǔ)言技巧。但是這些研究大多是基于研究者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和觀察,因此相對(duì)主觀和籠統(tǒng)。本文作者采用會(huì)話分析的方法對(duì)中國(guó)門(mén)診中醫(yī)患談話的一個(gè)方面：敏感話題進(jìn)行了研究。這種方法更加的具體并且客觀,旨在幫助人們更深入的了解醫(yī)患交際并對(duì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系的改善做出貢獻(xiàn)。眾所周知,醫(yī)患之間的交流是不平衡的,醫(yī)生有權(quán)利主導(dǎo)整個(gè)談話,所以在談話中病人常處在被動(dòng)地位,這樣就會(huì)導(dǎo)致交際的一些障礙。當(dāng)涉及到一些敏感話題時(shí),交流則變得更加的不流暢,病人不愿和醫(yī)生合作并可能拒絕回答問(wèn)題,這會(huì)影響到談話的進(jìn)行并對(duì)疾病的診斷不利。基于錄音和在中國(guó)門(mén)診中醫(yī)患之間自發(fā)談話的轉(zhuǎn)寫(xiě),本論文分析了敏感談話中不同話題的語(yǔ)料,總結(jié)了各自的序列形式,并運(yùn)用一些社會(huì)學(xué)和社會(huì)心理學(xué)的概念和知識(shí)解釋這些對(duì)話的特點(diǎn),希望發(fā)現(xiàn)一些共性來(lái)提高和改善醫(yī)患之間的關(guān)系,從而促進(jìn)疾病的診斷。最后,作者提出了目前研究的不足以及對(duì)未來(lái)研究的建議。
