公眾演說(shuō)中認(rèn)同的說(shuō)服力

本文以評(píng)價(jià)理論為框架,旨在研究申奧演說(shuō)中的發(fā)話人-受話人認(rèn)同。本文的主要目標(biāo)是闡明申奧演說(shuō)如何通過(guò)利用評(píng)價(jià)資源構(gòu)建特定的受話人來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)其人際功能。確切的說(shuō),本文研究發(fā)話人如何通過(guò)態(tài)度定位和對(duì)話定位與受話人形成認(rèn)同。 理論上講,公眾演說(shuō)為實(shí)現(xiàn)其說(shuō)服力必須特別注意發(fā)話人-受話人認(rèn)同。申奧演說(shuō)作為一種公共演說(shuō)為了贏得更多的選票,尤其注意其中的人際意義。為了贏得國(guó)際奧委會(huì)的支持,申奧演說(shuō)利用各種詞匯語(yǔ)法資源促使聽(tīng)話人認(rèn)同某種觀點(diǎn)。換而言之,申奧演說(shuō)中的主題間性定位決定了這些演說(shuō)是否能取得預(yù)期社會(huì)意義。因此,申奧演說(shuō)可以用作研究發(fā)話人-聽(tīng)話人認(rèn)同的典型案例。 本文主要采取定性研究方法,但在總結(jié)時(shí)也采用定量研究方法。作者首先分析了十六篇申奧演說(shuō)中的評(píng)價(jià)資源,然后進(jìn)行對(duì)比和總結(jié)。從態(tài)度定位的角度來(lái)看,十六篇申奧演說(shuō)中共有336個(gè)“態(tài)度”,每100個(gè)單詞中平均有5.34個(gè)“態(tài)度”。從對(duì)話定位的角度來(lái)看,427個(gè)句子中,393個(gè)句子是單聲的,34個(gè)句子為多聲。研究表明,通過(guò)使用評(píng)價(jià)資源促使受話人強(qiáng)烈認(rèn)同發(fā)話人提出的某種特定觀點(diǎn),申奧演說(shuō)中的說(shuō)服力得到最大實(shí)現(xiàn)。
