從關(guān)聯(lián)理論視角看相聲中“包袱”的幽默效果

幽默是人類特有的重要特征,西方國家對幽默的研究由來已久。相聲是中國傳統(tǒng)的藝術(shù)形式之一,是中華民族的文化瑰寶。它以諷刺笑料褒貶社會現(xiàn)象,以詼諧幽默為藝術(shù)特點(diǎn),“包袱”是其制笑的主要載體,在給廣大觀眾帶來愉悅之余也給人們留有思考。但由于語言障礙和缺乏文化背景,國外對中國的相聲鮮有了解。關(guān)聯(lián)理論是由Sperber和Wilson在1986年出版的題為《關(guān)聯(lián)性:交際與認(rèn)知》的專著中提出,自問世以來就受到許多學(xué)者的關(guān)注并被廣泛運(yùn)用到各個領(lǐng)域的研究中,其中也包括對幽默的研究,但卻鮮有對中國特有的幽默藝術(shù)——相聲的研究,至于對相聲制笑的載體——“包袱”的研究則更是少之又少。鑒于此,本文在關(guān)聯(lián)理論的框架下通過例證法對選取的近二十年來優(yōu)秀的相聲文本中“包袱”的設(shè)計手法及構(gòu)建過程進(jìn)行梳理,并且檢視相聲幽默的構(gòu)建原理和理解機(jī)制。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),最大關(guān)聯(lián)和最佳關(guān)聯(lián)之間的反差會產(chǎn)生幽默效果,以此解釋了“支”、“刨”這兩種設(shè)計手法能制笑的原因。語境效果與處理努力成反比,意味著話語的語境效果越小,聽眾所花費(fèi)的處理努力需越大,這也解釋了“抖包袱”之所以制笑的原因,聽眾花費(fèi)的處理努力越多,作為回報,獲得的幽默體驗(yàn)也越強(qiáng)。作...
