中美商務(wù)談判沖突解決風(fēng)格的跨文化解析

  近二十年以來(lái),跨文化交際和沖突解決這兩個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究日趨繁榮。沖突普遍存在于人們?nèi)粘I詈蜕鐣?huì)交往的各個(gè)層面之中,無(wú)論是人與人之間、家庭之間、鄰里之間還是企業(yè)之間、黨派之間甚至國(guó)家之間都存在著形形色色的矛盾和沖突?梢哉f(shuō),這個(gè)世界上是不存在“零沖突”的國(guó)家或地區(qū)的。引發(fā)沖突的原因可謂是千差萬(wàn)別,其解決方法也是變化萬(wàn)千。汀-圖梅(1995)經(jīng)研究指出人們?cè)诮鉀Q沖突的過(guò)程中往往會(huì)受到自身文化因素的影響,即使面對(duì)同一沖突,不同文化背景中的人由于有著完全不同的價(jià)值觀、思維模式和行為方式,其解決沖突的方式可能也會(huì)有天壤之別。隨著全球化的經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),中國(guó)正以前所未有的胸襟,全方位、多層次、多領(lǐng)域、堅(jiān)定的實(shí)施對(duì)外開(kāi)放的戰(zhàn)略。中美作為世界上兩個(gè)重要的國(guó)家,商務(wù)往來(lái)日益頻繁,貿(mào)易數(shù)額與日俱增,中美貿(mào)易已成為世界貿(mào)易的重要組成部分之一。有貿(mào)易往來(lái),就必有商務(wù)談判,而在此過(guò)程中又難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)矛盾。中美兩國(guó)文化價(jià)值體系的分歧更是加深了雙方在緊缺資源、談判目標(biāo)及程序等問(wèn)題上的沖突。由于談判雙方講不同的語(yǔ)言、有著不同的文化價(jià)值觀,情景往往會(huì)變得十分復(fù)雜,談判雙方間的矛盾和沖突也會(huì)更加的頻繁與激烈。當(dāng)沖突發(fā)生以...
