【摘要】： 思維方式主要由知識(shí)、觀念、方法、智力、情感、意志,語(yǔ)言和習(xí)慣這八大要素組成。(陳新夏等,1988:504)。思維方式與語(yǔ)言密切相關(guān):語(yǔ)言是思維的主要工具,是思維方式的構(gòu)成要素;思維以一定的方式體現(xiàn)出來(lái),表現(xiàn)于某種語(yǔ)言形式之中。思維方式的差異,正是造成語(yǔ)言差異的一個(gè)重要原因。語(yǔ)言的使用體現(xiàn)思維的選擇和創(chuàng)造。 季羨林先生曾說(shuō):“東西方文化的區(qū)別就在于中西思維方式,思維方式不一樣,在于中西思維方式的基礎(chǔ)不同�！痹谥形魉季S方式的差異方面,中外許多學(xué)者認(rèn)同這樣的觀點(diǎn):中國(guó)人注重運(yùn)用綜合思維、形象思維、主體思維等思維方式,而西方人更偏重于分析思維、抽象邏輯思維與客體思維。本論文嘗試性地比較分析了中英思維方式的六種差異:綜合思維與分析思維、形象思維與抽象思維、迂回思維與直線思維、主體思維與客體思維、直覺(jué)思維和理性思維,及集體思維和個(gè)體思維。造成這些差異的原因是多方面的,例如,地理位置與自然環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,哲學(xué)與語(yǔ)言因素等。本論文隨后從句子結(jié)構(gòu)、信息組合以及篇章結(jié)構(gòu)方面分析了中英思維方式差異影響下的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象。 最后,本論文搜集了英漢散文各二十篇,對(duì)所搜集的語(yǔ)料進(jìn)行定量分析,通過(guò)對(duì)漢英散文中一些語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象的分析,驗(yàn)證了中英思維方式對(duì)語(yǔ)言的影響。
