【摘要】：加強民族語文翻譯人才隊伍建設(shè)是我國民族語文翻譯工作不斷發(fā)展的動力和源泉。文章指出了近幾年黨和國家關(guān)于少數(shù)民族干部和人才隊伍建設(shè)的重要理論觀點,歸納總結(jié)了民族語文翻譯人才隊伍建設(shè)的理論觀點,分析了實踐中關(guān)于如何加強民族語文翻譯人才隊伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)問題。少數(shù)民族干部和人才隊伍建設(shè)的重要理論觀點,對我們加強新時期民族語文翻譯人才隊伍建設(shè)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of national Chinese translation talents is the driving force and source of the continuous development of national Chinese translation in China. This paper points out the important theoretical viewpoints of the Party and the state on the construction of ethnic minority cadres and talent team in recent years, sums up the theoretical viewpoints on the construction of ethnic Chinese translation talents, and analyzes the related problems on how to strengthen the construction of ethnic Chinese translation talents in practice. The important theoretical point of view on the construction of ethnic minority cadres and talent team is of great guiding significance for us to strengthen the construction of ethnic Chinese translation talents in the new period.
