中英商務(wù)道歉聲明的修辭結(jié)構(gòu)對比研究

【摘要】:如今,不同國家間的商務(wù)往來已經(jīng)發(fā)展的越來越快了。良好的公司形象是公司成功的重要因素之一。一個好的公司形象可以提升公司的核心競爭力。然而,公司在這些頻繁的商務(wù)往來中卻存在著更多的競爭。所有的公司都可能會犯錯誤。在商務(wù)交流的過程中,商務(wù)危機(jī)時刻存在著,所以危機(jī)公關(guān)對于企業(yè)的發(fā)展是至關(guān)重要的。如果能正確的處理危機(jī),企業(yè)不僅能夠保護(hù)其自身的形象,還能夠重新得到消費(fèi)者的信任。當(dāng)危機(jī)發(fā)生時,道歉聲明是幫助企業(yè)渡過其所面臨的危機(jī)的重要手段之一。 在這篇文章中,我們主要研究中英道歉聲明在修辭結(jié)構(gòu)方面的異同。作者采用了修辭結(jié)構(gòu)理論來研究中英道歉聲明的差異。修辭結(jié)構(gòu)理論是由William CMann和Sandra A Thompson提出的。該理論是用來研究使語篇連貫的修辭關(guān)系。William C Mann和Sandra A Thompson認(rèn)為每篇文章都是等級性的結(jié)構(gòu),這些結(jié)構(gòu)是通過不同部分間的關(guān)系來建立的。 我們隨機(jī)挑選了十篇中文道歉聲明和十篇英文道歉聲明。我們使用了RST工具345分析這二十篇道歉聲明來得出它們的修辭關(guān)系圖。通過這些修辭關(guān)系圖,作者總結(jié)了中英道歉聲明的相同點(diǎn)及不同點(diǎn)。 通過分析中英道歉聲明的異同,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)最常出現(xiàn)在中文道歉聲明中的修辭關(guān)系是:闡述關(guān)系(19%),綜述關(guān)系(12.7%),解答關(guān)系(12.7%),解釋關(guān)系(10%),評價關(guān)系(7.6%)。但是在英文道歉聲明中,最常出現(xiàn)的修辭結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系有:評價關(guān)系(17.9%),闡述關(guān)系(10.9%),解答關(guān)系(8.4%),解釋關(guān)系(7.4%),環(huán)境關(guān)系(7.4%),證據(jù)關(guān)系(6.3%),讓步關(guān)系(5.3%),和證明關(guān)系(5.3%). 最后,我們將從語言學(xué)的角度和文化的角度來分析造成這些差異的原因。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, business exchanges between different countries have developed faster and faster. A good corporate image is one of the important factors for the success of a company. A good corporate image can enhance the core competitiveness of the company. However, there is more competition in these frequent business transactions. All companies may make mistakes. In the process of business communication, business crisis exists, so crisis public relations is very important for the development of enterprises. If the crisis can be handled correctly, enterprises can not only protect their own image, but also regain the trust of consumers. When a crisis occurs, a statement of apology is one of the most important tools to help companies tide over the crisis they face. In this paper, we mainly study the similarities and differences in rhetoric structure between English and Chinese apologies. The author uses rhetorical structure theory to study the difference between Chinese and English apologies. The theory of rhetorical structure was put forward by William CMann and Sandra A Thompson. This theory is used to study the rhetorical relations that make the text coherent. William C Mann and Sandra A Thompson think that each article is hierarchical structure, which is established through the relationship between different parts. We randomly selected ten Chinese apologies and ten English apologies. We used the RST tool 345 to analyze these 20 apologies to give their rhetorical figures. Through these figures, the author summarizes the similarities and differences between Chinese and English statements of apology. By analyzing the similarities and differences between Chinese and English apologies, the author finds that the rhetorical relationships that most often appear in Chinese apologies are: expounding the relationship (19%), summarizing the relationship (12.7%), solving the relationship (12.7%), explaining the relationship (10%), Evaluation relationship (7.6%). However, in the English apology statement, the most common rhetorical structural relationships are: evaluation relationship (17.9%), expounding relationship (10.9%), solving relationship (8.4%), explaining relationship (7.4%). Environmental relationship (7.4%), evidentiary relationship (6.3%), concession relationship (5.3%), and proof relationship (5.3%). Finally, we will analyze the causes of these differences from the perspective of linguistics and culture.
