長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶在口譯中的重要性

【摘要】:口譯是一種復(fù)雜的交際行為,是高強(qiáng)度的腦力活動(dòng)。在口譯活動(dòng)中,由于時(shí)間的限制,口譯員需要一次性聽取信息,借助筆記,甚至在沒有任何外界輔助手段的條件下,進(jìn)行原語(yǔ)信息聽辨、信息理解、儲(chǔ)存、翻譯表達(dá)等一系列加工任務(wù),因此,口譯活動(dòng)對(duì)譯員的記憶能力提出極高的要求。根據(jù)心理學(xué)劃分,,記憶機(jī)制包括瞬時(shí)記憶、短時(shí)記憶和長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶,瞬時(shí)記憶是指保持0.25秒至2秒的記憶,是所有信息進(jìn)入大腦的第一通道。短時(shí)記憶是連接瞬時(shí)記憶和長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶的紐帶,信息儲(chǔ)存量在1分鐘以內(nèi)。長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶則如一個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí)庫(kù),信息可以保持1分鐘以上甚至終身。長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶是口譯的基礎(chǔ),供譯員隨時(shí)提取口譯工作中相關(guān)的信息,保證口譯流暢進(jìn)行。 本研究報(bào)告主要討論兩個(gè)問題,第一,長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶在口譯中所發(fā)揮的作用;第二,長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶在口譯能力培養(yǎng)中所發(fā)揮的作用。通過分析訪談的結(jié)果,得出兩點(diǎn)結(jié)論,第一:長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶對(duì)譯員的聽辨能力、語(yǔ)義理解、信息預(yù)測(cè)和譯語(yǔ)產(chǎn)出方面的發(fā)揮著重要的作用;第二:長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶是在口譯能力培養(yǎng)中發(fā)揮著基礎(chǔ)的作用,沒有長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶的培養(yǎng)與積累,也就無(wú)從談起口譯能力的培養(yǎng)。此研究在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過訪談的形式,可以更加直觀的分析譯員在口譯過程前后的準(zhǔn)備工作,譯員所注重的口譯能力的培養(yǎng),由此,可以加強(qiáng)口譯員對(duì)記憶機(jī)制和口譯的理解,正確的認(rèn)識(shí)長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶在口譯中的作用,而從全面提高譯員在口譯工作中的能力。
[Abstract]:Interpreting is a kind of complex communicative behavior, which is a high intensity of mental activity. In interpreting activities, due to time constraints, interpreters need to listen to information at one time, take notes and even listen to, understand and store the information in the original language without any external auxiliary means. Translation and expression are a series of processing tasks, therefore, interpreting activities require the interpreters' memory ability to be very high. According to psychological division, memory mechanisms include instantaneous memory, short term memory and long term memory. Instantaneous memory refers to the retention of 0.25 to 2 seconds of memory, which is the first channel for all information to enter the brain. Short-term memory is the link between transient memory and long-term memory. Long-term memory is like an empirical knowledge base, information can be maintained for more than 1 minute or even lifetime. Long-term memory is the basis of interpretation. This study focuses on two issues: first, the role of long-term memory in interpreting, and second, the role of long-term memory in the development of interpreting ability. By analyzing the results of the interviews, two conclusions are drawn: first, long-term memory plays an important role in the interpreters' listening ability, semantic understanding, information prediction and target language output; Second, long term memory plays a fundamental role in the cultivation of interpreting ability. Without the cultivation and accumulation of long term memory, there is no way to cultivate interpreting ability. On the basis of previous studies and through interviews, this study can more intuitively analyze the preparatory work of interpreters before and after the interpretation process, and the training of interpreters' ability to interpret. It can strengthen interpreters' understanding of memory mechanism and interpretation, correctly understand the role of long-term memory in interpreting, and improve interpreters' ability in interpreting.
